If you actually want your prescription do not have it sent here. My doctor sent my prescription here on Wednesday morning I called at 6pm to find out they did not have the medication. No one called me. The person on the phone then told me they could order it and it could be in on Friday. I called today Friday afternoon to be told no they do not have the medication. Again no information was given to me about any of it. So if you have a condition that requires medication do not depend on this pharmacy to fill it. This pharmacy will continue to push it off until you die at home waiting for the Medication. And not care. Or tell you any information about it being delayed or let your doctor know that the medication can not be filled.

Anna was the most helpful and kind person I've ever had help me at any CVS in my entire life. I know it sounds dramatic but she was wonderful and very thoughtful. Thank you again

worst customer service My daughter super sick, i was there before they close in 5 minutes and they say we are closed, but there still 5 minutes. I was there only to pick up!!! So it's super easy and quick, but the lady who spoke to me, she talked to me more than 5 minutes teaching me to not be late. Excuse me, I had work just like you and I wasn't late because I was there before closing and that's true I was only 5 minutes before closing but still 5 minutes count. I think, if she helped me instead of talking, she probably could give me the medication.. Such a bad customer service, they don't think of people lives..

Horrible service I went for a Covid test and the girl had no clue of how should I proceed with the test I had to repeat it myself twice with almost no help!!

Absolute worst customer service of my life! My son is super sick, I scheduled online with customer service for a flu and COVID test. The person who spoke to me in the pharmacy got a huge attitude with me and told me to circle around while they call the nurse. While I am a nurse practitioner, I understand machines going down, BUT there needs to be a better process. They told me they can't send me to a cvs with a working system. They won't let me swab him now and work on the system later. The worker asked me to keep circling until they figure it out. I have waited 34 minutes now.

This place is terrible and always has been From most of my experiences (Although the last time that I came in because I got hit by a car and wanted to know if they had footage from the accident and the guy manager was pretty awesome). I had sent my prescription here so I kinda had to go. When I get there there's not even one cart in the return and I decide not to hunt the whole parking lot. I was looking at the gift section and had a few fun unique gifts picked out for my kids (probably about seventy or so worth) and I went up to the front to check prices since they had not ANY of them labeled in the whole aisle. So I find out prices and I'm off to the side letting get help the next person while checking prices online. I go to put one of them back and switch for a second of one of the gifts, and the manager won't leave me alone about where to put the things I haven't scanned yet when I haven't even gotten to scanning my things and wasn't going to do self checkout anyways. She's standing next to me as I'm still checking online. So as I go to switch out the item so I don't give the employee more work, she grabs the item from me and gets an attitude. I know we are in a high theft area and I knew when I walked in with my backpack/purse combo that I'd have an issue with that an my reusable bags since there are homeless in the area. It's happened before but when I simple carry my bag on my arm it magically DOESNT happen. So I'm being profiled as homeless or a thief and she's starting to upset me and make me very uncomfortable so I ask for a manager (yes, sorry kids I pulled a karen move) to which she responds she is the manager and pulls her shirt showing her name tag "Cynthia Jordan" and with all the attitude says "THERE YOU GO RIGHT THERE THATS ME IM THE MANAGER" and she says I need to leave with my stuff and I'm telling her she is profiling and it's not okay for a customer service worker to act like this. She had no idea what was going on and that I had been talking about these items with the worker and was waiting on the other person to finish their transaction and she had no interest in being wrong or knowing that there was more to the story than her preconceived biases. This situation has only happened one other time and it was also when my bag was on my shoulders. It's crazy how just having a backpack can get you labeled and profiled, considering north park, hillcrest, etc this never happens!I want to add, that the store outside is absolutely disgusting and full of trash. No carts are brought in from the parking lot, and it takes 10+ minutes just to get someone to the checkout counter.

Still here is 520pm. They keep saying I haven't answered my phone. My phone was not rang at all! But two nurses went to Starbucks because one of them wanted hot chocolate. I want to have kid tested so she can go home to get ready!

Smelly and dirty. This store is gross. There is a ton of stuff under the shelves yuck. The associates couldn't care less about customers, I walked within a foot of an associate that never acknowledged my presence. Ever hear of the 10 foot 10 second rule? In a pinch I use this pharmacy because it's close to me, I wouldn't buy anything in the store though. There are other pharmacies close enough and will be my choice in the future.

I don't know who hired sally arabo but she is actually a disgrace to CVS. I have never met someone so rude and unhelpful more then her. She needs to learn respect and customer service because she is clearly lacking in that area. I have been coming to cvs for years and I have never met anyone as unhelpful As her. She doesn't put in any effort to help customers if there is an issue with the prescription or even explain it properly to people she is extremely rude. They must of had been desperate to hire her, she makes me not even want to go to cvs to pick up a prescription anymore. Her coworkers also were saying that they can't stand her rude attitude. Upper management needs to be notified of her.

Professional pharmacy tech very knowledgeable
