I cannot rave enough about East County Crossfit! I started coming here when I moved to San Diego in 2023. Although there are many great coaches at East County, I have spent the most time with Coach Paul and Coach Erica. Both are fabulous coaches that are focused on preventing injury and helping you become strong and more athletic.I used to think that Crossfit was too intense for me or that I would bulk up. Spoiler alert, it is actually somewhat difficult to build muscle and found that instead of becoming bulky, I have become more lean and fit. And so much stronger! East County offers 3 different options at each workout, level 1, level 2 and an alternate option (like weight vest Wednesday), plus a fun partner workout on Fridays. Any one of any fitness level is able to join with the help of these fabulous coaches.My favorite part about East County is that it gave me a community when moving to a new city. I actually look forward to my 5:15am workout class! Okay, I also really appreciate the focus on longevity and preparing our bodies to be healthy as we age. I highly recommend this gym!

Real friendly neighborhood like vibe. Coaches are awesome, each take a personal interest in everyone and the programming is fun and progressive. Love it.

CrossFit East County is just simply the best! I started coming to this gym about 2.5 years ago, with no previous CrossFit experience, and have never felt more comfortable and welcomed than in any other facility like this one before. Paul, Tina, and the other coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, and I have personally learned and gained so much from them. I have nothing but positive things to say about the gyms programming, members, and atmosphere! If you like fitness and want to try something fun and challenging, I'd highly recommend coming to CrossFit East County!

CrossFit East County is a gym you’ll look forward to going to, the people who workout with you are so supportive and friendly and the workouts are challenging. All fitness levels are welcome, Paul makes sure to tailor the workouts to your ability and comfort level and really will pay attention to your form to make sure you do everything safely. Highly recommend coming in for your free week so you can see for yourself!

Been going to this gym for 1.5 yrs and love it. Trainers are excellent and knowledgeable. The staff and other athletes made me and my wife feel at home from day1! I have attended all workout classes offered at the different times and safety and proper techniques are stressed at all classes. For anyone looking to get to shape and not feel embarrassed or overwhelmed, this is a great place to start your journey.

I have been going to CrossFit East County for over a year and a half. Paul, Tina and the other coaches are the best around! They have the best programming of any gym that I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!!!

I have been going to CrossFit east county for over 15 years. Over the years I have moved a bit and traveled to many different CrossFit gyms. Paul is simply the best! Best programming of any gym! You will not regret giving them a try!

CrossFit East County is easily the best fitness gym I have ever been to. I started going with no fitness experience whatsoever and was incredibly nervous about starting. Paul and the other instructors were so kind and took their time to teach me all the movements and were so encouraging even on the days I was so so bad at CrossFit. I could not recommend this place enough.

I’ve been working out here for 10+ years. It’s fun, challenging and way different/better than globo-gyms. It’s terrific for any age and ability. Paul, the owner, fosters an incredibly supportive atmosphere with all his members. Can’t recommend it enough.
