The customer service at this location was decent enough, but the coverage is terrible, had to get a new phone service in less than a month because the service was basically unusable for me.

This review went from 5 stars to 1 star thanks to Mel. Mel was zero help today when I brought my concerns to him. He was happy to direct me to Metro PCS over an error he created. I’ve been inconvenienced 3 times due to errors made by Mel and he didn’t want to make it right. After purchasing a new phone, my service was disconnected. I went down to Cricket. I allegedly owed $20 they forgot to charge me for. Then my bill went up. I had to go down and find out why. Now he took me off auto pay. For crying out loud Mel, get it together you Jack wagon! When customer service sends you to another company… what do you do!?! Guess it’s off to Metro PCS I go. Sad too, I been with Cricket for years.

I'm very upset with cricket service lately!!! I've been having internet problems with my unlimited plan for like 4 months now.. called 611 they had me do all kinds of stuff to my phone and it didn't help with the issue. I went into the store and they said a new sim card would fix the problem.. it didn't. Went back in a few days later and they said I needed a new phone. Bought a new phone and still the internet only works half the time.. I'm beyond upset. I'm about to change providers..
