Terrible store full of liars,was due for a upgrade and both people working there told me i couldn't get the phone i wanted unless i open a new account,i'll keep going to the one by the yogurt mill,those people are always honest with me.

I am in a state of high anxiety occurring towards me after my visit here in cricket. I came here to the store to ask about a 4 month advancement pay because of my deployment to the military. I was first assisted by a nice woman answering my questions thoughtfully and directly. After asking questions, I suppose the manager came and took over the conversation after he heard me say, “I am buying my little brother a phone so I will be adding him to the my line†(he wasn't even wearing a name tag). He started asking me questions about my purchase and how I was paying to much for the phone. He offered me a proposal of an iPhone 50 dollars cheaper than the phone I was purchasing. I denied his offer, because I have a 200 gift card on eBay so might as well purchase there. after I denied his offer he started to act smart and make me feel stupid as if I was making the wrong descision and that “I am d******* He was going so fast I couldn't keep up he just wanted me to buy this phone and add it. I gave him signs showing that I wasn't interested at all. I have to much respect to just walk away from mid conversation so I said “I will be back before the deadline of my phone bill to talk more about itâ€. He just stood there and kept conversating with me about how I wasn't making any sense at all. He was using up my time and trying to make a fool out of me. So I just walked away and greeted them with a thank you. While I was walking out he said, “Joe I'm gonna make you buy direct TVâ€. I was so ashamed of how stupid he tried to make me feel in front of his colleagues. They had my account on the computer so I was terrified that he was going to manipulate my account. So I went to another cricket store on main st and thank god they made me feel comfortable and told me to write a review and tell you my experience here. Also indicating that they can't do anything to my account. I just can't stop thinking about the sequence between me and him. I hope people understand where I am coming from I can't stop thinking about it.

Great service over there! Tiger help me get a Free LG Smartphone with service on AT&T 4G LTE coverage too. Left Verizon and keep the same never all before i left the store.. Thanks Tiger! Your customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend them.
