Waste of money on the purchase as well as the replacement media. Save your money and instead buy a small water tank and go to a local detail supply store and purchase real spot free water.

Three weeks ago, I purchased the CR Spotless Rolling Water De-ionizer Systems from Detailimage.com. I also purchased two replacement filters at the same time. As soon as I receive the item, I went through and follow the instructions to set it up and tried to use it. Immediately, I noticed that there were water spots all over the car as it was drying so I contacted CR spotless customer service. Nobody answered, so I left a voicemail and also emailed their customer service department. Two days later I was contacted and it I spent probably 20 minutes with a representative on the phone going over the machine and making sure that the both filters were centered and then tried it and then again, they instructed me to remove the filters all together and nothing seem to make any difference at all. At that time the representative told me that they approved a return and they would send me an email with a return label. I waited five days and then contact with them again because I had not received my return label. This time when I got somebody on the phone, they had no knowledge that I had called him previously and the steps that I had taken already to try and fix this unit. I literally went back and redid everything that I had already done with this representative because they did not believe or at least they surely seemed like they didn't believe what I was telling them. I found that to be kind of bothersome, considering the only way that I would know the steps that they were asking me to do in the order they were asking me tg get egardless, I went ahead and spent another 20 minutes 25 minutes and redid all the steps again with the same result. This time I was told that they approve the return however, I would have to contact Detail image to get the return label because since I bought it from Detail image, they would have to get rid refunded through Detail image which makes sense, but I was a little confused about the return label because after all it was there a guarantee and it was their machine that's not working correctly, so why would Detail image be responsible to pay to return the item? I contacted Detail image and they told me that it's not their warranty and that they are not responsible for the return label because it wasn't there warranty. Long story short CR spotless refuse to pay for the return shipping label! Fortunately, there's at least one reputable company involved with this transaction and Detail image stepped up to the plate and paid for the return shipping even though it was not their warranty, and it's not their machine that failed to do what they advertised it to do!

I do not recommend you to buy anything from car spotless water systems. We ordered and we received our order it was not complete we have called and emailed they said that they were going to make it good and send it out rt away and send an email well we haven't got an email back from them we have called and they are. It returning our calls . I recommend you take your money elsewhere Neckar they will take your money wh and not send you your full order. I'm only giving them 1 start because I have no choice ur to give them one

One Star would be generous. The owner, Chuck, called me personally accusing me of sending 2-50lb weights back instead of my used resin. Honestly one of the craziest things I've ever experienced. Apparently he thinks I was upset with not receiving my resin on time. I would never take the time to go buy brand new weights and have them shipped because I was mad at a company. Who has this kind of time?! He also accused me of not sending back my used resin, since I'm on the Power program. He said I had never sent back any of my 5 previous orders. I then found a Tracking number for an order I sent back recently and sent that over which he acknowledged they did receive it but still did not accept responsibility. I have never been disrespected and treated as poorly as Chuck. owner of the company. Apparently Chuck has some anger issues and is not even willing to hear from his customers before he accuses them of something. I will never use this company and highly recommend to our members to never buy from this company.

I've had one of their units for several years and up until now, it has worked fine. Now, I get no water flow through it. I have emailed and called them several times. I have gotten no response. I've had the unit for a few years now and it had been giving reasonable performance until the last time I went to use it. The flow was reduced to a dribble. I checked everything out to the best of my ability, but still no flow. I called and emailed CR Spotless multiple times and have never received a response. Absolutely the worst service ever. With many other options available, I will be going elsewhere..... I'd advise you to do the same

I'm not sure how anyone could say after sale customer support is great. In fact, it's awful. I'm a long time customer who has tried over a period of two weeks to get a reply to an email, or a return call. Lots of emails, lots of messages left - and nothing. Too bad, it's a decent product but there is zero customer support.

Sadly I had issues with my unit, I called it in and I had bad guest service and new resin sent to me! Thinking that would fix the problem but it didn't!

Not even half a year with my CR spot free water system, we're a small new starting business that requires use of a spot free water system, sadly we're already having big issues, first the resin had been used up very fast less with only 4 times small use, we called and was given more new instructions to help prevent fast wear of resin, next was the bad guest service that caused our business service to push our reservations further more down other days and some lost of business that I was trying to prevent. Considering other options of spot free system. Unit was intriguing to me and had good reviews, but now by my own experience, disappointed.

OMG!! Such an amazing and awesome system to wash my car!! Seriously, no water spots...I'm truly amazed So simple to set up and use. Christina was so pleasant to work with and I have to say, she's awesome! Thank you for excellent customer service. Okay, I've got a black 2020 Porsche Panamera and washed it for the first time last week without this system, drove me crazy attempting to dry it. Took me forever and it still had water spots. Washed my car today, used the system for the first time after purchase and completely satisfied, beyond what I could even imagine. I highly recommend this if you appreciate the best car wash ever

Purchased a DIC-20 unit about two years ago and was very pleased with the product at the time. I loved the fact that it had a TDS meter installed to one of the units. I had an issue around the same time I purchased the product and shared my concern and had it addressed immediately. Recently, I have gone through 3 cartridge containers due to an area that is siliconed inside rupturing. Not sure if it is the heat recently is what caused an issue like this but when I brought it up to Josette, she was only willing to warranty 1 and needed me to send photos of all of them to determine if they could cover all of the cartridges. Now I understand that they need some sort of proof but I’ve had 4 rupture over the last year and had to purchase new ones. If I new this was potentially an issue I most likely wouldn’t have purchased replacements through them and have found someone with cartridges for these “big blue” units which I ended up doing, and good since the new ones I have will not fail like the crspotless originals, since I never got a response, a call back and no one was picking up the phone. I run a small auto detailing operation and having something like this happen multiple times really sets me back especially, in this case, all the DI resin ended up in my water tank which causes me to drain, clean and start all over again wasting my time and money (di resin that is wasted) in the process. Can’t continue on using faulty products that affect my quality of service to clients. Sorry guys I didn’t want to do this but having to cancel bookings to clean the water tank the second time for the same reason as the first time it happened was enough. Take care.
