Scammed by an ATM here on 01/10/24 around 10:35pm. Went to go pull out $500 in cash advance money from my credit card and it kept rejecting it for some reason. I try for about 30+ minutes to pull money out and it refuses to go through. So, I then go across the street to 7/11 and pull money out there no problem. So it was something wrong with Citi's ATMs rather than my card. Today on 01/14/2024 I woke up to a $500 charge from Citi basically claiming I received $500 in cash advance money from their atm on top of the other atm money from 7/11 I pulled out!!! I called Citi support that same night and the rep said I was fine and not to worry because the charge wouldn't go through and of course...it went through and was officially posted. Now i'm dealing with disputes and extra cash advance fees. Why did the first agent basically lie to me making me think I was fine?Anyways, it is all on camera and I put the time stamps and dates. You can see from the footage I didn't receive a single dollar from these machines. DO NOT USE THE ATMS HERE AFTER THE BANK CLOSES!! Very buggy/shady.

Never seen that before, I checked the hours before coming to this Citi bank branch. I reached at 2.30 and get to know they are closed for 30 minutes. For what reason? No one knows. So I waited under sun sitting in car for 30 minutes to get cashier check which was very urgent at 2.30. I also saw other people sitting outside waiting for branch to open so work is started. I never saw that before, neither there is any hour update on website. It's very inconvenient for not letting people know the daily hours of operation, the only valid reason I think they did that because they just chose to close whenever they want.

I encourage you to do your banking elsewhere! Our debit card was used for a sum of $300 that was not ours. The bank states it was! We have been ripped off by Citibank for $300. I called my personal branch in El Cajon, CA and was told that they could not help me. I needed to call the number on the back of my card. When I call that number, I can't undersand the representatives, then falsify my statements. My bank can't help me? They can take my money and tell me, I actually made the purchase? Really? I have been a customer for over 15 years and this is how I am treated? Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm calling my local news station to investigate this fraudulent activity by Citibank.

Nancy helped us open a saving account although we didn't have an appointment. Since we were there when they opened she was available to help. Make an appointment to be safe. Nancy was professional and friendly. She's very organized and helpful. The process took an hour. The bank was clean. The other tellers were very nice as well.

I am giving Katherine Nye 5 stars for helping me solve several issues. I did not have an appointment because I had difficulty getting the branch number. I walked in and she had an appointment in a few minutes, but she skipped the appointment and dealt with each issue. She wa and knowledgeable and professional and able to correct all my issues. Also, some of the tellers have been very nice.

I was trying to figure it out an international transaction to my account at Citibank as an emergency from my relative, I was asking the disk about IBAN and (some digits come before account) but the desk doesn’t know anything about these kind of things, and asking me to contact Citibank customer service?They need some kinds of In service from higher management for sure!

Incompetent. Branch and phone reps are in different pages. Was literally transfered 5 times and they claim there are no supervisors to speak with. Ultimately they say to go back into the branch after an hour on the phone. This is 2022. You would think online access for my new account should be standard. Each person I spoke with was working hard to transfer me to someone else instead of fixing the problem. I'll most likley be switching back to Chase where I've never had any issues.

I was racial profile by the bank manager. The branch manager suggested that I should get my boss to come to the bank to help me cash my check. I work for a rehab center, why would my boss need to leave work to help me cash a check? She told me that they don't do 3rd party checks and I need to go to another bank. Then the manager told me that she was going to check to see if my check was real. I said why do you need to verify my check if you're not going to cash it? Let the other bank do it. I'm not making this up.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Ms. Katherine Nye helped my mom to open her bank account, and she walked the proverbial extra mile to accomplish that. The whole crew is really welcoming and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a local branch of a nationwide bank.
