“HUGE thanks to Brandon who was my hero today! After my husband having COVID and my 80-year old mom breaking her wrist, my brain hasn't been on its "A" game. So I miscalculated my husband's payday and found us in a financial quandary. When my Plan A didn't work, I didn't know how I was going to get Plan B going. Brandon offered to help right away. And, with a few clicks on the keyboard, it was done! Whew! I can't even describe the relief I felt; I wanted to cry! Words can't even express my gratitude for Brandon offering to help and then following through. He deserves an award for amazing customer service!”

“Bathroom was clean the inside was clean with two workers so the line was moving quickly. Had a variety of different snacks to choose from. Gas is a little high but this location is right off the freeway can't ask for much.”

“I just wanted to jump on here & say, great customer service, I’ve been in here only a few times but the peoples are always on their job, I come in on busy days & the line moves considerable well. All have been professional & friendly. Coming from an extremely racists little town in Twentynine Palms where I’ve experienced extremely horrible service, this Wells Fargo was a literal breath of fresh air, the way they handle my transactions. Good Job & Thank you ?? ?? ATM & a Drive up Window, they know they have a heavy traffic flow & have what’s necessary to get the job done. ?? Kudos”

“** no drive up ATM ** The 2 in lobby walk up atms work great. Use the card reader next to the door to unlock the door after branch hours. I have seen other banks, not just Bank of America close access to lobby ATMs after " unhoused or homeless " have decided to sleep in the lobby. I hope that does not happen here. It's suggested to fully close the door when you leave.”

“Mikhael Turcan might be the best personal banker out there. When I enrolled in Citi Checking, there was a system glitched that prevented me from receiving my American Airlines reward. I asked Mikhael about this and he single handly investigated the issue and validated that I was in fact eligible for the reward. He said it would take a month to open the case and in the meantime he will call me back in a month. A month went by, and he called me on the exact date he said he would call me to let me know that the case was approved and I should be getting my reward (IE now processing). On top of all that, he said he will call me in another month to check in with me too see if I was able to see the rewards applied. Knowing that he must be interacting with a bunch of clients on a daily basis, this level of personal care is truly exceptional as everything these days is automated, so its nice to see a Human behind the screen to ensure I was taken care of. Made me feel like a premium client.”

“Mom banks here and this is her favorite branch, she is in and out with her transactions. Inside is clean they provide hand sanitizer and all bankers are friendly and welcoming.”
