I had to change my checking account number, because of a scam. The customer service staff accommodated my request. They assured me that they would notify Social Security, so I could continue receiving my direct deposits on time. This was not done, because my direct deposit was returned per social security. So I had to go to the local office of social security on a day where the area was flooding, because I needed the money. The social security agent took my new checking number, but was unable to give me a check. So, I had to wait until today to receive my December direct deposit for December. Now, I will have to ask social security for a revised 1099 for correct taxable income. Yesterday, I wrote to my member of congress, Sara Jacobs, to describe and complain about both the bank and social security. Interinstitutional connections are difficult, but this is an abomination!

I withdrawl money from teller and was short $100 and I'm sure they can check cameras. The ask manager and she say there's nothing they can do because they wasn't over on money on that day of the transaction. So all I have to do is just deal with the fact that I lost that money, even if is just 100 it sucks that they didn't even hesitate to checking cameras when the teller counts the money. I'm sure they have a lot of surveillance.

1 star for the broker that I called 3 times and never returned my calls. 5 Stars Henry who was able to help me out. Honestly can't wait to be done with chase. I recommend taking your business somewhere else unless are looking for a headaches then this is the bank for you.

Very poor customer service. I entered this morning with my elderly father who walks with a cane. No one greeted us and no one came to see what we needed. My father then waited in line for a teller to explain the situation and to get assistance. She said that we would need to meet with someone but they no one was available that morning and we would need to make an appointment and come back. The bank made a very difficult time my father is going through worse. Shame on them.

I was just depositing so nothing major . I did not have to wait and the teller a young man was professional, polite and had pleasant personality. Wished me Happy Holiday which I think is appropriate!

I hope the good for nothing manager at this location gets fired. She is literally the most useless thing in that bank next to the pens that constantly run out of ink. When she's not sticking a fork in the electrical socket to do her hair she's just sitting in her office not giving a s about any of the customers! Preferred customer my arse she prefers to kick her feet up and pretend like she's important!

If you have a Business or anything associated with this bank close it immediately! DO NOT LET THIS BANK TOUCH YOUR MONEY! The amount of hell our family went through with this company is unreal. Trust me and I beg you don't support this thug type Business. We see why they're so big now. Take take take. Go to a local credit union smaller bank. Much easier to work with and people who actually know what they're doing and what's going on with the bank from the branch to the higher levels of the company. You can't say I didn't warn you. Do not use these people.

I should start by explaining that I am disabled I can not stand for mor than 4 or 5 minutes before I begin to loose my balance having said that I needed to Speke to a banker at my home branch when I got there ( first time since Covid began) there was no place to sign in to talk to a banker or anyplace to sit while waiting to talk to a banker while waiting for a banker to walk by I kept telling people I'm not in line go ahead when a banker finely noticed me lean on my cane with both hands to balance he told me that I needed to get in line and ask the teller if there is a banker I can talk to I explained I'm disabled and can't stand long enough to do that his answer was to turn around and walk away so I headed home. This is the first review good or bad that I have ever written I just thought you should know if your disabled you should not expect anything more than a parking spot close to a door at the rancho San Diego case branch.
