Thank you!!!The bank manager, Chanel Aboodi, was super helpful and went out of her way to be kind. She greeted my father and me when we entered, and helped us with a very sensitive matter. We are so grateful for her assistance.

There’s a banker at Chase and avocado location. He is so rude ( Carlo) and he doesn’t respect at all. He should learn how to talk to customers. Chase bank should have an orientation meeting to teach their employees how respect and talk to people.

Love Chase bank overall, though, have great difficulty in reaching this branch by phone (Chase & Avocado). I have not been able to physically go to this location (Covid in Household) so tried to reach by phone with no luck. I have had this experience multiple times.

HUGE thanks to Brandon who was my hero today! After my husband having COVID and my 80-year old mom breaking her wrist, my brain hasn't been on its "A" game. So I miscalculated my husband's payday and found us in a financial quandary. When my Plan A didn't work, I didn't know how I was going to get Plan B going. Brandon offered to help right away. And, with a few clicks on the keyboard, it was done! Whew! I can't even describe the relief I felt; I wanted to cry! Words can't even express my gratitude for Brandon offering to help and then following through. He deserves an award for amazing customer service!

So bad service I come out from different state and I ask to get cash from my debit card and the manager Brittany she says you can’t that’s what the banker lady told me she says my manager say you can’t but I used to get cash from the different place thousand time……

I live very close to it and they are always willing to help. Ask you how can they help while you in line. I'm glad this is the bank I choose for my finances.

Absolute trash and scummy service!! No one says hello, no one smiles. They're all on their phones when you walk in. Thank GOD I closed my account with them. Such an awful bank!! Go where you're appreciated!
