HUGE thanks to Brandon who was my hero today! After my husband having COVID and my 80-year old mom breaking her wrist, my brain hasn't been on its "A" game. So I miscalculated my husband's payday and found us in a financial quandary. When my Plan A didn't work, I didn't know how I was going to get Plan B going. Brandon offered to help right away. And, with a few clicks on the keyboard, it was done! Whew! I can't even describe the relief I felt; I wanted to cry! Words can't even express my gratitude for Brandon offering to help and then following through. He deserves an award for amazing customer service!

Samer was extremely helpful in setting up my college checking account. He even went above and beyond by setting me up with the mobile app, Apple Pay, and a retirement account the very day I went it to get a new account. Never thought I'd have as smooth of a banking experience as they made it for me. Really satisfied so far.

This is the second time I've been here, it was better than the first, I got a nicer person who service me with a smile eventhough he was wearing a mask, I always come here after lunch next door at El Pollo Loco and usually it was for exchanging big bills. The first time I came here, there was this female bank teller sitting at the window, who gave me a dirty look when I walked in, didn't make any contact and did it very quickly like she wanted me to leave asap, I ended up leaving my phone at her window and had to come back to get it, she didn't even pay attention. Anyway there was also a grumpy customer inside the bank when I was there today, he kept asking when the employees would stop wearing masks, notice that none of the customers including me were wearing any masks, but I guess that was your choice if you got vaccinated, anyway the woman at the window replied by saying it wasn't required for them to wear masks but she chose to wear it, then he shut up and walked out. Oh well

I don't like the customer service every time I go there I look at them they are tired I member when I get there I get a lot cash and they gave me plastic bag Like I'm going to grocery store I think it's not employees fault it is a Bank fault because they make him unhappy and being very low

A big man shout out to Sam Jirjis! Ahhh I had a phenomenal transaction today! I want to say we need more Sam's out there in life in general! Mr.Sam knew exactly what I wanted in a few seconds what , is he the flash ? Yes he is and super professional nice ,pleasant and way more ! However I'm so happy today because of him ,I'm going to yelp it so yeah thanks Sam have a great weekend a d thanks chase bank for having this man , thank you God and Jesus!#1

I give this chase zero stars. Came in to get bank statements printed out. Put my name on the waiting list (which I was first in line) a other Arab/ Muslim guy walked said something in Arabic to the arabic/Muslim banker and sat down. When the banker was finished with his customer he call the other arab guy in right away not even looking at the list which my name was on and his was not. There is way to much racism with these Arab people going on in this town. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm no one. And I fight for this country. So please everyone that reads this post please do not come to this chase.

Had a fun, pleasant and quick service today 07/28/18. Andrew was a hoot!!!! He made me laugh!!! Always a good sign when subtracting from my account lol. Everyone in there was pleasant. I think to other gentleman was named Michael. He was super friendly and greeting everyone!!! Thanks guys!!!!

This particular location is one of the worse branch of Chase Bank there is. The tellers are extremely rude and make you feel like a thief for withdrawing your own money. They act like they're doing you a favor and constantly say they have money shortages when you want to withdraw a certain amount. Not to mention the God awful wait time you'll have to endure if you're unfortunate enough to stop here, steer clear.

This is my worst experience in chase bank, I deposited my check and after 2 days I got an error stating that there was an issue with ATM deposit and the check didn't go through, I came to check on this location and there were 2 bankers only and i had to wait for almost 1 hour just to ask 1 question. I should detect a full day next time to ask a question
