I've been coming here as both a self pay patient and insured patient for more than three years. For self pay, their fees are very reasonable and straight forward.The quality of care I receive here is almost always exemplary, with few exceptions. I know that the RNs and doctors who work here are always super busy and tightly scheduled, but still take the time go over things with me, listen to my concerns and answer my questions the best that they can within the allotted time they are given for each visit.I've been to other clinics in the area not affiliated with FHCSD and I haven't yet quit received the same kind of care and patience I get here, especially with my general and health-related anxiety.Front staff has always been friendly and courteous to me too.For those who complain about the check in time, that is standard practice at any healthcare clinic, be it general practice or a specialist. This clinic also does walk-ins, so they will take someone without an appointment over someone who is late, which by clinic standards is someone who arrives at the appointment time or later.Also, you may be expected to wait up to a half hour after being put into a room. This isn't just here or FHCSD, but most anywhere having to do with healthcare. I once sat at in an ENT office (unaffiliated) for 45 minutes before being seen. Sometimes, people try to take up more than the allotted 10-20 minute visit time and that causes backlogs.Note: Visit times depend on purpose of visit. Follow ups are shorter than coming in for an evaluation, for example.Food for thought.

Sometimes the wait times can be long but overall I LOVE this place!! My provider is Tammy Lu and she is phenomenal! She has seen me through COVID, made sure ALL of my vaccines are up to date, assisted me in getting physical therapy for my back and most recently, with her tremendous support, I was able to receive Bariatric "Sleeve" Surgery. I have seen other doctors at the Center and they are also very nice.

I sincerely did not want to put a star.I’m a new patient, I called ahead of my appointment to confirm if the clinic can do a physical form.To insure that labs can request what I need. I wanted to speak to representative ,but the call center did not transfer me to the nurse from the clinic, they only addressed what they have said to them instead of speaking to me directly.Another person from the call center said the opposite of what the initial person said?If this was food services, I would not even mention a comment. But you are a Health Center not following basic standards of communication.Glad I did not use my insurance and waste even further

Very good clinic. The staff that checks you in can be curt and perfunctory, but that's true of everyplace and I'm not there to see them. I've had 4 doctors in 3 years, all female all very good, but it does feel like starting over whenever they switch doctors on me. Wait times aren't too bad. More often then not I get called within 10 minutes. I hope I can have Dr.Barbara for a while. She really listens, asks questions and makes me feel like I'm participating in my own treatment. Never curt or condescending. I may know a bit more about medications than most patients, but I think she probably treats every one like that. Compassionate, respectful, and efficient, but not rushed. Once she is in the room with you, she gives you her complete attention. Overall I'm satisfied with the level 9f care. If I have a complaint ( and it's not really) is that with with all the referrals I get from Chase, I'm kept pretty busy seeing specialists and going for various procedures or scans.

Terrible communication. Called fhc to let them know that I was gonna be late to my sons appointment and asked them if I should reschedule because I didn't want to waste gas driving there if we weren't going to be allowed. Lady on the phone said just show up and we'll be fine. I was skeptical but took her word for it. Arrived to the clinic just for them to say they werent able to take us in. We were 5 mins late which is understandable, if you're late you're late but I wish they had better communication because now we showed up there for no reason. Got rescheduled a whole month later. Terrible.

I had an appt. 10/25/2022 and could not wait for my appointed date due to severe pain. Crystal at the front desk was very helpful and did everything she could to get me seen and she executed. The staff was very friendly, great service and very helpful. The doctor was the best one I've had there and made me feel like I was in the best hands. I will always come to this office from now on and big thanks for all you healthcare workers that work to keep everyone healthy and safe. God bless you all. Until next time.

I would like to recognize Shamone for her outstanding performance in setting my appointment with my doctor. She went above and beyond to call me 6 or 7 times while I was driving and kept losing the signal going up Mount Hood to get the appointment set and never gave up. This is the kind of service you can expect at the Chase Ave Family Health Center from the entire staff. Between her and my doctor, Tammy Lu, I have found myself the best medical care provider that I have ever had in my life. Thank you so much for your dedication to your chosen profession and bringing back the service to Customer Service. 5 Stars isn't going to cover the royal treatment you will find here!!!

I normally don't write reviews on medical staff. But it's time I do! Dr Linn is outstanding in every way! She not only takes time with with my Neice, but she is very thorough! She brought up things from my nieces chart that even my Neice forgot about! Another impressive thing is she kept referring to my Neice by her name. I made her feel that she was not just another patient or number. We left the office feeling good that we finagling found a doctor that cared! I highly recommend Dr Linn!

I can't say enough good things about their medical center..they help you even though they are really busy..always friendly .. Jackeline Trujillo help me soo much..she answered all my questions and help whit my appointment..is good to know that you will be help in spanish and whit correct information..thank you for all your guys do..you guys make a difference

WILL NEVER ever ever ever ever come to this health center again. Worst customer service especially the front desk they were rude for no reason. If I could rate it zero stars I would. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here.

I really love this place, especially my Dr., Carol Hastanan. She is a great Dr. In spite of calling in and waiting for long periods at times, I've been extremely happy with this clinic. I could find someone closer but am happy with their service. Dr. H has had to cover a lot of bases (meaning several issues at a time) with me as I get older and never shows frustration or annoyance at my concerns, questions or even forgetfulness. I've rarely had to wait a long time to be seen unless an emergency occurred but that is rare. I never thought a clinic like this could be professional, clean, caring or even efficient, but I was wrong. Highly recommend.

I love all the staff. Everyone has been extremely professional & friendly. My Primary Care, Tammy Lu, RNP. From the very 1st visit has taken a real professional interest in my care. Not only did she get the ball rolling (so to speak) regarding my newly diagnosis but, showed sincere & caring concerns. I truly respect & would not want to ever have to change my primary care again.
