WILL NEVER ever ever ever ever come to this health center again. Worst customer service especially the front desk they were rude for no reason. If I could rate it zero stars I would. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here.

I have been coming here for years and never had any complaints. Provider Melanie Swan is the best she's caring and always takes care of me. MAs here are very helpful and Customer service are always friendly to.
Located in the San Diego community of El Cajon, Chase Avenue Family Health Center offers a wide range of services for both adults and children. There is an attached parking lot, as well an enclosed playground for children to enjoy while they wait to see a provider.
