I created a business bank account about a year ago. Tom, the account rep was very friendly and helpful. If you want to establish personal relationship with your banker that actually matters I would recommend this bank. You're not just a number like with Bank of America or Chase.

Kay is an absolutely amazing Teller. My company banks here, so I stop by often and today was my first time meeting Kay and I just have to say that she went above and beyond with her customer service! Most Tellers here are polite but that's about it, Kay made me feel welcome and spoke to me during the entire transaction.... read full comment

I'm a office manager and my company banks with California Bank & Trust and I can't say enough about the employees that work there, especially Andrew. So helpful, no matter what I call for, he's very efficient and gets right back to me with information I need. I highly recommend this bank for personal and business.
