The customer service is very unprofessional. My husband was trying to go to the bathroom, and there was a code. When we were going in to the finish shopping and buy our stuff we nicely asked for the bathroom code. Once the code was given, another cashier said to the cashier that gave us the code “we only give the code to certain customers, otherwise go with him now to open the bathroom door”. This made us think that we were not good customers and that we were there to do something bad to the store. As my husband was walking with the cashier to open the door, this cashier named Abel told that cashier that was willing to open the bathroom door for my husband to go back to the register and not open the bathroom door. Very upsetting that paying customers are not able to use the bathroom. Then we left a cart full of the items at the register and left because we were disrespected. Abel was telling us to leave and put his hand out to shut us out. Told him have a nice day. Will never shop here again with this type of service. This happened more than once where the cashiers were rude about price checks as well or while I was paying. Thank you don't come to this location.

Cashier Johnnie was very mean and said the cashiers were closed by 9:55 pm so i insisted that the store hours were until 10 pm and she yelled to me that 9:55 pm was my watch time not her so i kept saying time was not 10pm and the time was universal and i was going to complain, so finally the took my payment, too bad for these kind of employees!!

I like this place. Their selection of purses has increased, as well as their selection of sleep ware. They are pretty friendly but never enough staff, I feel bad for them.

Lots of baby stuff! Really good prices. No section dedicated to maternity but it’s fine. Nice employees. Escalator doesn’t work.
