Had the worst customer service ever they don't even greet u or say hi... totally ignore u as a customer and the wait is ridiculous.... never again don't recommend the one on second street services sucks

Horrible service and attitude. This female specifically told me what she couldn't do. And then proceeded to do exactly what I asked for someone of race. I apologize, I thought money spent was the same. But the color of your skin, will get you denied the simple kindness, service and respect. Definitely won't spend my money here

I can't say enough good things about Boost Mobile in El Cajon. Nelda, the very nice young lady who assisted me, was a total Rockstar. My previous cell provider was making it very difficult for her to transfer my phone number. After over an hour and having to call them 3 times, she was successful. She even stayed after closing to make sure I was all set. Thank you Nelda, your a super young lady and Boost Mobile should be proud to have you as an employee.

Horrible service. We went in to upgrade, looked like a party was going on with friends of person who worked here. Associate was unhelpful in assisting us with our pin number for account, even though I was logged in to my account. Very unknowledgeable sales person! Wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Went to T-Mobile at Parkway. They were super helpful. Got my Boost pin directly from my logged in Boost account. T-Mobile person showed me how. We switched to T-Mobile. Boost has horrible service. Took a day to get Boost to release my number so I could switch.

Boost mobile service sucks I called the online service and no one could help me add rhe 5 dollar plan to my service!.... I went to 2 different stores and nothing I tried the app and nothing all around bad service stay away! They just say sorry It won't let me do it on our end.

I went in there a quarter to closing today because my phone's sim was not working on my new phone. EDUARDO S. was absolutely unmotivated to help me. I told him how we activated the new phone and called customer service to help, The phone still wasn't working and customer support told my husband the sim card was not good. EDUARDO S. was adamant that we did not activate it correctly. I had to call my husband to back me up. Then he asked if I had the new sim card number, I told him how the sim card is in the phone and the numbers are on the sim card and he said "the numbers are too small" so I had to ask my husband to dig through our trash because EDUARDO S. didn't want to do his job, "if he doesn't mind". When I was telling my husband how he was treating me he repeated how he can't read the numbers on the little card and I told him use a magnify glass he said he doesn't do that "***** he refused to serve me because I was "telling him what to do" he said go somewhere else "you don't tell me what to do" I told him "that's your job". I asked to speak to the manager so he can help me and he said he was one of the managers. LOL well how unfortunate for Boost mobile. I told him I said nothing rude to you I am just upset because I need my phone for work tomorrow (and upset because of his demeanor) He ended up helping, saying there would be a new sim card fee and activation fee. I asked for him to waive the sim card as a courtesy and how I wouldn't call corporate to tell them he said the word s*** to my face and he said "tell them, I don't care" He did charge me for a new sim card and activation fee and, of course, there was no sorry, thank you or good night when I left.

Basic come-in-and-switchout-your-phone-due-to-upgrades stuff as network is changing contracts with carrier. Nice phone given to keep customers with the service. Polite and helpful young woman worked efficiently to input info into new phone. Costs less than anticipated. In-and-out in about half-an-hour, after previous customer was served. But only 2 customers in-store at a time.

I switched from a 12 year relationship with my phones through cricket wireless and I saw Boost coming out of cricket, with all the jerks being young people trying to boss their customers around. I had to change, so I went to boost and the service went well, and the phone was still good as well. All they did assist me on my brand new iPhone XR and they’re all cool and helpful.
