I had the worse experience with my insurance and they took over the process with dealing with my insurance so i could be stress free and i can honestly say the car looks better than when i got it new from the dealership! They also have rental cars a great deal if needed, five out five highly recommend!!!!”
“Sometimes a good review happens when you see how a business handles a bad situation. I had damage to my front passenger side repaired on my Silverado. A few things that were repaired came apart and added further damage. They accepted full responsibility and repaired everything back to new condition. They detailed my truck twice and gave me a loaner vehicle. Julian made me feel 100% taken care of and never once made any excuses for anything. I'm sure they lost money on my repair but it was to no fault of my own and they went above and beyond to make it right. I will be back.”

“I was involved in a car accident in October of 2022. I went to the preferred collision center (Caliber Collision) of my insurance at their recommendation. I had an absolute horrible experience with them. I had to take my vehicle back to them multiple times. Ultimately, not being able to solve the problem, they (Caliber Collision), paid for me to take it to another place to get fixed. Dave was an absolute professional, and had the issue diagnosed within a day. The process was smooth and easy. Dave was very communicative and helpful along the duration of the repair. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone.”

“I wanted to have my 1956 Chevy 210 painted. I talked with Joe at Scheib in El Cajon and he thoroughly explain their process. As they worked on the car, Joe asked me to stop by the shop to show me my car. He did that and explained how they were going to approach the paint job. Joe sent me a video of the prep work then the painted car. It looked great! If you are looking fora good paint job, honest people, and don't want to spend $7,000, see Joe at Scheib in El Cajon.”
“Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”

“I am a AAA member and in the last four years I have dealt with *** Towing three time. The first time it was battery service on my F150 and it had to be replaced. The second time was a battery jump on my wife's car. He didn't have the battery on his truck but followed me to the dealer to make sure that I got there. This last time my daughter had two low *********** was all but flat because the valve stem was torn. All three times they have been great. Always courteous and respectful.”

Do not leave your car or trust that any work will be done in a timely manner and definitely do not pay him until work is finished I have been waiting on simple 305 Chevy Engine rebuild and transmission since January!! Please trust in Catherine & Dale for all of their work ?
