I want to start off by saying how AMAZING Autum is! She is the sweetest human being. Shes great at what she does-- and I don't mean just the sale, Her customer service is 10/10. Her professionalism is top tier. She was truly great. Did the most she could to help me and my fiancé get the car we have been wanting and she came throughhhh! Very happy we met her and chose to do business with her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. SHES GOOD PEOPLE. Jordan in finance & DJ (the tech man lol) were helpful and really great as well.

This review is for the lease sales manager ALBI P. A good friend of mine recently purchased a 7 series from him and he highly recommend Albi. I was on the market for a 3 series to surprise my wife for her birthday. Albi was very friendly and professional and was able to work an amazing deal for me on a 5series. Was well worth the hour and half drive from West Covina. I am not fond of the whole new car sales process but the team at EL cajón BMW made it seamless and stress free. Without a doubt all future BMW Purchases will be handled by them. My wife was super surprised and loved her car. Thank you Albi!!!

Everyone at this location is so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The service department is so thorough and provided a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Upon picking up my car, Jacob in sales offered my husband a great deal on a CPO car. Couldn’t ask for more from a full service BMW dealership.

Called in got a $129 quote for my oil change . Made an appointment and came next day and the price was $199.I did it anyway, don’t have time to be going up and down.Beside that everything was great

I had a great experience at BMW of El Cajon this past weekend. They had a car I was interested in; Friday I contacted them via a form on the website. Sabrina was able to send me the photos of the car I was asking for. Then on Saturday my wife and I met with Mike Rush who did a great job working with us. We got just what we wanted. Highly recommend working with either Sabrina or Mike!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!Took my car in for an oil change and got a text with a report of 7 "critical" problems I needed to address Two of the" critical" problem were actually done prior to take my car there and when I addressed it that it was taking cared of their replied was that they based it on mileage and how would they have known that I fixed it somewhere else so they didn't even took a look at it and assumed it needed to be changed!After that response I got red flagged and declined all the "critical" issues they recommended that I fix and took my car a certified BMW mechanic for a second opinion! I gave the mechanic the report that BMW gave me and only one thing On that report needed to be addressed , they priced the cooling hose at $708 and i paid $ $100- everything recommended that I changed by BMW was going to cost me Around $3300.00 but I ended up paying $250.00 because everything else on that report I did not need.These service men are working commission and have NO SHAME showing it.

I wanted to give this purchase time to marinate before posting a review.This one is a little complicated.I always try to be thoughtful, factual, and not too emotional.Buying a home or a vehicle is just that, an emotional purchase.I spent weeks shopping for just the right vehicle and a buying experience that would make a feel comfortable and safe....I settled on BMW as the sales person Michael was very good. He was BMW through and through. He drank the kool-aid and was pouring one for anyone thirsty.IThe car I settled on was the new I4 electric.I was told its the only one, if you want one there are no options get this one!! I bought it hook line, and sinker. He is good!I am not disappointed in the car overall but it doesn't do or have everything i/we thought. There is a geek/genius person that is supposed to teach you everything. ... Supposed too....Well he couldn't get some stuff working and didn't show me everything like most dealerships do, I felt rushed and he must have assumed I was familiar with BMW. Youtube ended up being my best friend.I didn't know what 80% of the stuff did or how to work it.. Thank goodness for the web! I also joined some forums for help.The community improved my experience. At one point I went in and was very unhappy! I said my Ford had better technology and was nicer.. While some of that is still true today it's not as bad once I learned how to work things and became educated on the vehicle. I'm okay now. The manager was nice and said be patient we will get you into the car you want just wait until Christmas. He said I will get you some gift cards or something.. I have not seen or heard from him since but to be expected the deal is done.. I expected follow up from BMW but still not surprised.. ?I have learned to appreciate the car and am now posting in forums to help others.This is not a negative review, I really like the sales guy, and like I said have expanded my knowledge and now appreciate and know how to do and what things are and now they work. I have it set up pretty good now.Thank you Google, youtube and everyone in the BMW forums.One of the selling points was "Free charging for years!" well if that's the one item that pushes you in one direction or another please don't let Electrify America and BMW's promise of convenient and accessible charging be the deciding factor.The reality is, this is the one real negative..Most of the time those stations are broken down, don't charge at the advertised speed or won't connect.I quite literally called for help and the the tech said " Ever wish you would have just bought a Tesla?"Ouch.Many days it reminds me of the 1970's waiting in line for fuel.I hope BMW adpots the Tesla charging networks.Here are some photos to remind you of the 70's gas shortage, wait charge up your new car. This isn't the 70's this is now...How long since you saw lines to gas up! In this case charge up..its real.That's a significant frustration. Not sure the infrastructure is there yet and it is with certainty I can tell you the Electify America /BMW network is not.. Do some research, they didn't even want to provide a charging network; Electrify was forced to, so what's the motivation and why would you team up with that network?Buy an ICE BMW imo and look for Michael.He is great, and if you get hooked up with one of those genius guys, know the limitations there as well.

Went in for oil change, quick check in process, service writer stated it would be about a two hour wait, ask if I needed a ride I let him know that I would wait. Cold bottle water was there fully stocked in the waiting room. Received the car back before promised - thanks. Outstanding service writer was given by Jesus.

Bought an Audi, still got treated like I was important. Literally everyone was friendly and not like just to get your money, they were actually friendly.Buying process was fine, relaxed and non pressured. Patrick was a professional, his expertise with both BMW and Audi vehicles led me to buy even though I had every intention going into the dealership to wait.Finance was good- I apologize for forgetting his name but he was a teacher. Didn’t try to upsell stuff I didn’t need and even pointed out some things I definitely didn’t need that I probably would have purchased.I will definitely buy again from this place soon.

So far I'm not happy for paying a top dollar on collectors car and receive a reprint front and rear bumper. Oversprayed everywhere. Manager need to call me and make this right. Got the car few days ago.

I am very happy i got my new car at BMW of El Cajon. Michael Rush helped me order my new 2023 BMW M3 Competition and while getting the built done i made some mistakes and missed out on some options i wanted on the M3 but days later i contacted Michael and he made sure the options i wanted were added to the build, i am pleased that he was understandable and helped me fix that as it is a 90k car and i would have been bummed do to my mistakes. Ask for Michael Rush if your looking to get a BMW!
