Great location for vehicle services. My husband has been bringing his truck here for ages and has only experienced great service and dedication. I brought my Mini Cooper in and had an easy and reliable experience. Good people, down to earth and not condescending (like some dudes are when a female brings their car in). Very helpful and not at all over priced.

I've been a customer of this business in its former location and under original name for many years. I arrived at the new location during the first week of October 2023, and was very impressed with friendliness of staff, orderliness of facility, and communications with me while I was in the nicely appointed waiting area. I drive a very long way to do business here because I have learned to trust them and have a predictable experience related to vehicle upkeep.

I had a great experience with El Cajon Tire Pros. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went to them. They helped me with a tire issue (wasn't sure if I had a nail in it or not). There ended up not being anything wrong with my car, they filled my tires up and sent me on my way.As a woman I've had bad experiences at other shops before (like being up charged for a cheap service or told my car needed a bunch of costly repairs when it didn't), but Jonathan and Dave were kind and helpful. Tire Pros didn't treat me different from the other customers or try to convince me there was something wrong with my car when there wasn't. I'll absolutely be coming back, and I recommend this shop to absolutely everyone who needs work done.Thank you again!

Found out one of my tires had a screw in it and found these guys through yelp. SO glad I chose here to have my tire fixed. Jonathan and Evan were awesome! I came (right before closing,sorry!) and they got me right in and I was done in less than 30 minutes. I read another review from another woman who said she felt very comfortable coming here and I agree, will definitely come back for any other tire needs!
