AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! First off FALSE advertising. Pool and hot tub are not even working. Elevator is nasty. Rooms are disgusting floors dirty bathroom dirty. BUGS!!! Staff is unprofessional. Didn’t want to give us a refund when we were not even in the room 10mins after we said we can’t stay here. Save your money and save your sanity and do not book here. Unacceptable for a hotel. This place needs shut down. I would give zero stars if it let me.

This place is disgusting. The only reason I rated it at all Is the late nights ager tries to keep the trouble away. And he works with you. A appreciate that, goes a long way with me.

Ricky at the Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites went way beyond the call of duty when it came to customer service. He made my stay enjoyable and exceeded all of my expectations.

I had a great experience with rancho San Diego and suites I came in night the night guys everybody help me so well they all are supportive guys thank you so much and San Diego and suites I got a free breakfast as a compliment and a free Wi-Fi thank you so much guys ☺️

So disappointing...The room smelled like cigarettes, the long term guests were fist fighting in the parking lot, and our roof leaked on me as I was in the tub. I let the first two issues go but could not abide by a leaky roof for $160 a night.I asked for a room change or refund. The manager refused so here I am writing this review.Better to sleep in your car than in that slum of a hotel... simply nasty.

It was a good experience . Everything is changed under the new management and the the good wives are coming again.Wow, I enjoy my whole trip. Thank you so much rancho, San Diego and switch. And the staff is so good. One with the specs is good guy. I came in the night and they attended me so good. I like that. Thank you so much, guys.Food & drinks: Yeah, there are nearly restaurants in food. So you don't have the problem to go somewhere for the restaurants

Do not be fooled by the photos on this hotel!!Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. And we have stayed in several hotels up and down Baja California.We booked 2 nights could only bring ourselves to stay one nightWe have been dealing with them to gat a refund since July. Haven’t received it yet!!Read the other reviews and absolutely don’t stay here!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible.No pool -FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!Looks as janky outside when you drive up as it is inside, except inside is even dirtier!! Literally dirt and debris in every corner of the room. You cannot walk barefoot without your feet being black with filth. There are various vagrants hanging around the parking lot/ outside of rooms on chairs. The front desk person doesn’t speak any English. In a room that sleeps 8 people for 4 nights they only had 4 towels in the bathroom, you can’t call for towels or help because the phone is literally unplugged from the wall- missing the entire cord!! Pretty sure this is required in case of emergency, see photo. The pool is literally green and not in use at all- from the looks of it it hasn’t been in use for years.Would never stay here knowing what I know now, don’t waste your money here!!!Noteworthy details: Dirty, no pool-False advertising!

Very bad. The beds were okay. Breakfast was not that great. Lots of parking. Pool is not as advertised, much worse. The pool is very small right on the road. Customer service was ?.

Jacuzzi was down, broken english service isn't that good, exposed wires everywhere. Remote was in poor condition and tv wasn't as large as described. Shockingly they are asking $150 a night to stay at this place, found a cheaper price though. Would've rather stayed at a motel 6 or comfort inn, but I already paid. There's better options out there people!
