Terrible, bought new Samsung 24 ultra,with insurance. Paid 1800.00. Then took phone back twice. Not working correctly. Decided just give me a new phone. They wanted to charge me another $80.00 to transfer my data. My carrier only charges me 25.00! So they didn't want me to take the sim card. I returned the phone, got my money back. Except 45 dollars restocking fee. I will never shop Best Buy again!

I am extremely disappointed with the way Best Buy handled my recent return. I returned a TV within a week of receiving it, expecting a quick and seamless refund process. However, it turned out to be a complete nightmare.
Upon returning the TV, I was simply told that the refund would only take a few days. Two weeks after and still didn't receive my refund. I was then told to deal with the corporate office regarding the refund. Hoping to resolve the issue promptly, I contacted the corporate office as instructed. Unfortunately, even after numerous attempts, my refund was never processed.
Frustrated, I decided to reach out to the store once again in the hopes of finding a solution. The response I received was far from satisfactory - I was assured that my refund would be processed within a few business days. However, it has been well over a month and a half, and I am still waiting for my refund to materialize.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service displayed throughout this entire experience is truly disheartening. As a result, I decided to cancel my Best Buy membership and will no longer be visiting their store.
It is truly unfortunate that a store I used to be a regular at, purchasing numerous electronics, has let me down in such a significant way. The unprofessional and useless customer service I received is just unacceptable.
I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Best Buy. Their failure to provide a prompt refund and their overall lack of professionalism indicate a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Never going there again!.Two guys both lost a sale by giving me the wrong information on the TV I wanted. They talked me out of it. Horrible place! Buy a TV on Amazon and have a handyman install it cheaper!

Had to wait a while for service but when I got someone he was very helpful with the tv's and when I set it up at home I was BLOWN AWAY at the clarity of the picture, very happy with my purchase.

Good place to get electronics. It took me some time to get an employee to unlock a case but eventually got it done. Polite and affordable.

Not the greatest location considering it is nestled inside of a tight parking lot. Getting in and out is a little bit of a hassle. Also the employees were not as courteous as I would have liked. I came here to pickup a PC for my nephew's birthday and prefer to go to other locations.
