Getting good batteries from Amazon was not working for me. Decided to try finding what I needed locally and stopped here. Had what I needed and am happy with the product. Thanks.

Guy behind the counter is rude and a know it all, spent $300 on battery’s that went out in less than 3 months. Instantly pointed out the battery’s weren’t the problem it was my “trailer” I had the battery’s on which is not true. Wouldn’t warranty them even after he tried to charge them and they wouldn't keep a charge. I’ll never go back to this store and wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone

Highly recommend coming here if you have a problem with your phone . Came here twice and service was really great. Aaron employee was super helpful and really informative. Great customer service.

I went in today hoping to find a replacement battery for a generic brand cordless phone. The employees were great! They were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I left there with three batteries and am a very happy customer. THANKS El Cajon Batteries Plus.

The first time I went there the guy was rude I told him I wanted lipo batteries for an mx 350 razor. He only sold me one and sold me the wrong charger for a 24 volt system. When I went back in I bought another battery. Something happened when wiring and will admit it was my fault. So I bought another battery and since the guy working sold me the wrong charger I asked it I could pay the difference between the the two chargers was told sorry nothing I could do. So I bought the right charger any way. And went and had an electrician wire the batteries together using the schematics that the owner and his employee gave me. My son was able to ride his bike for 45 minutes no problem. When I got home amd stated to charge it both batteries fried. When I talked to the owner and his employee all they did was point fingers saying it was all u. Made comments like well professionals make mistakes and a professional wouldn't wire it like that. With that said the electrician that wired it did all of schooling through the marine Corp. They were very rude and unprofessional with the comments that were made. I will never go back to this store or any battery plus and will not recommend them to anyone.

The young man working in there cared, was courteous, polite and very helpful. The battery i bought was expensive but i guess if it's unusual then it may be! Nice store.

Evelyn and Keith, very helpful, found batteries I needed for electric lawn mover and Keith even went the extra mile to install in battery case (which was not easy) , would of taken me hours! I will return to this store. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!

What a great place to shop for all your battery needs. The owner Keith Daigle assisted me with my needs in search of the correct battery for my tractor. In addition, i was able to locate with the assistance of staff member Evelyn, a battery for my granddaughters kareoke mic, which I had been unable to locate at 4 other stores. All staff members were very welcoming and happy to respond to my numerous questions regarding batteries.I look forward to revisiting this store not only for my battery needs, they have so much more goods for cell phones, flashlights, etc

Lots of batteries if you are looking for something special this is the place a bit pricey but since we’re on a weird time I really can’t say if other places could be more inexpensive

New store at corner of Bradley and Magnolia. Courteous and helpful was my experience there. Seemingly small store but it has a variety of batteries. Bought a ? battery there today.

Found a great deal on a car battery at the El Cajon BatteriesPlus! Battery was fully charged before pick up and although I didn’t need it, battery would have been installed as well. Excellent customer service. Friendly and communicative.
