This is about my experience from a few years ago, i didnt know about yelp back then, it bugs me that he tried to rip me off. Brought in my 95 toyota pick up truck to banny hom auto for a smog certificate. A man (i think he was the owner) hooked up the truck to the smog test machine for just a couple of minutes. He said it would not pass. He stated because the truck is old it needed alot of work for it to pass. He said it would cost minimum $500.00. I decided to change the spark plugs myself, brought to a smog test only station and it passed. Cost me under $90.00 for the spark plugs and the certificate. I wouldn't trust banny hom no further than I can throw a ten ton banana.

Attention to details is the strength of Mr.Hom Jr. and his team. I just simply tell him with issues I have with my car, he took notes and go through every single one! I never ever have any garage experience like this before. He’s simply the best.

Crooked, riping people off is their business model. Banny comes off knowledgable and honest, but is not. It is a garage full of rats. If you want to have one thing fixed, but then have two other things set to fail (usually takes about one or two weeks) this causing you to bring a car back into the shop for another diagnostic and repair. If if you don't want your car damaged, and you don't want to be ripped off--don't let this place touch your car.
