Customer service here is a joke. I was told that I couldn't get a replacement debit card because she was going on lunch soon and then it would be too close to closing time for her to help me. If I could leave no stars, I would.

I have been unable to access my BMO account online with account#, social security, unable to create pin worst onlinepresence in my case i believe they have violated State and Federal consumer laws.The nearest Branch to me 3000 milesI have given my accountant power of attorney to enter a branch on my behalf.

As a biss owner I would not recommend doing any type off biss with them unprofessional policies staff are great but the headquarters are trying to be a Bullies if u need more n to my store let me know
