Writing a review about about a bank, yeah I know I know. But this branch is horrible. Hours now 10am to 4pm. They wear Tshirts. Slow as hell service. Wouldn't let a senior citizen in at like 4pm on the dot. Bank of America is trash. Remind me, why did we bail them out?

Terrible establishment along with all the employees. I was issued a refund on my security deposit via check and they said it did not match the information on file and literally just stopped talking to me. I should've stayed and forced them call the police on me so they could investigate. I even asked them to call the number on file to confirm the legitimacy of the check. Refused to clarify on the issue and/or offer alternatives on solving the issue. Enjoy your minimum wage jobs you wanna be banker pricks. I actually work in the financial industry at a hedge fund and this is not how you treat your clients. Exactly reason why I don't bank with the McDonald's of Banks. Just unfortunate that the check was with your bs establishment.

Bank of America is a damn joke, had to schedule an appointment 3 days out because the 2 people working didn't have time for new accounts... That said when it came to opening at 10am (who the hell opens at 10am?? that's not bankers hours) employees started to show up at 10:03am.. Good job.!!! Then find somebody that has time to acknowledge our appointment, thank you SOO much.. Tell us that we don't have acceptable ID... Had to leave, no help.. Before we made a 20 min drive home wife was able to open our joint checking online without any of the misfit employees help... My opinion, fire all these asshats that don't want to help aquire new clients, much less do their job that the internet can do without hassle or an appointment days/weeks out... What is wrong with this place..

The customer service is terrible, they are extremely unhelpful and rude, pretty disappointed but not surprised based on the other reviews.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ashley the manager and her whole staff. They're all incompetent, don't have good customer service skills, and heavily portray " not my problem" attitudes. I've basically been given the run around about trying to detach myself from my ex's and I's joint bank account. Customer service tells me I need to do it at the bank. The bank says I need to do it over the phone. They genuinely have no interest in helping you. I couldn't imagine what someone would have to do if they had a restraining order against their ex and this bank is saying both parties HAVE to be present at the same time. Horrible company.

Yet another bad experience with this location .staff if under trained or ignorant of the services they provide.went in for help with a request for verification and copies of wire transfers. Was directed to call customer service only for be told it must be done at the location since the transfers were originated at the branch ..if the Finacial services manager Ashley Arias actually took the time to understand the issue .or had better understanding of the policies and working of the bank she works for ..then maybe they could have actually been if service.she gave me her car to call if I had any questions .I now have called 20 times and have yet to have anyone at that branch pick up the phone ..

Worst bank ever. If someone steals your money this bank does nothing to help you out. Please don't waste your time or money on this place. They do not care about you or you getting your money stolen they could care less. And the customer service is horrible.

Awesome customer service. Walked in with no appointment for a wire transfer and Thania was more than happy to help. Bank is also well furnished and kept clean.

Employees were very nice, and it took me less than 10 minutes to get what I needed. (Which almost never happens with banks)

Bank isn't flexible when it's comes to their fees. Be aware you might be hit with fees and may have no recourse in the matter. I called about an overdraft fee and was denied a reversal. Everything is run by computers and they just listen to the computer.

I had a bad experience today with Rita at the bank, first of all I only was asking for a cashier check and I always gets it without any issues or extra fee, she told me that I have to fill out a report because she needs to reported to the IRS even though it’s only 4K for my rent. She stated that I have to pay extra $15 for the cashier check while I always don’t have to pay for it. Also she rudely handed the paperwork to be filled out, I tried to explain to her nicely what I needed to pay for! At the end I had to ask her to give my money back and I left that branch to other one which I got what I always gets done!
