Terrible establishment along with all the employees. I was issued a refund on my security deposit via check and they said it did not match the information on file and literally just stopped talking to me. I should've stayed and forced them call the police on me so they could investigate. I even asked them to call the number on file to confirm the legitimacy of the check. Refused to clarify on the issue and/or offer alternatives on solving the issue. Enjoy your minimum wage jobs you wanna be banker pricks. I actually work in the financial industry at a hedge fund and this is not how you treat your clients. Exactly reason why I don't bank with the McDonald's of Banks. Just unfortunate that the check was with your bs establishment.

Bank of America is a damn joke, had to schedule an appointment 3 days out because the 2 people working didn't have time for new accounts... That said when it came to opening at 10am (who the hell opens at 10am?? that's not bankers hours) employees started to show up at 10:03am.. Good job.!!! Then find somebody that has time to acknowledge our appointment, thank you SOO much.. Tell us that we don't have acceptable ID... Had to leave, no help.. Before we made a 20 min drive home wife was able to open our joint checking online without any of the misfit employees help... My opinion, fire all these asshats that don't want to help aquire new clients, much less do their job that the internet can do without hassle or an appointment days/weeks out... What is wrong with this place..

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ashley the manager and her whole staff. They're all incompetent, don't have good customer service skills, and heavily portray " not my problem" attitudes. I've basically been given the run around about trying to detach myself from my ex's and I's joint bank account. Customer service tells me I need to do it at the bank. The bank says I need to do it over the phone. They genuinely have no interest in helping you. I couldn't imagine what someone would have to do if they had a restraining order against their ex and this bank is saying both parties HAVE to be present at the same time. Horrible company.

Bank isn't flexible when it's comes to their fees. Be aware you might be hit with fees and may have no recourse in the matter. I called about an overdraft fee and was denied a reversal. Everything is run by computers and they just listen to the computer.

I'm satisfied with the employees. They seem competent and engaged. However the interior of this building leaves a lot to be desired. It's old and cold. Not temperature. Just no personal connection. No colors. Nothing inviting.

Terrible service. From the teller all the way to the banker. They were hassling me about not having my debit card to simply deposit to my own account even though I gave them my drivers license....never seen anything like it any bank before

I have never been treated worse by a financial institution than this branch and their estate planning department. I have been trying for 2 years to close out a checking account of my deceased husband. Through bad information, poor execution at the branch and from their central estate planning department, I finally left the branch today after 3 1/2 hours in tears. Ramila was lovely and tried very hard to actually help me, when Evin intervened, and scolded me for following Ramilah directions and tapping on her watch telling me that now they're closed ( Evin was the first to help me 2 years ago, and failed giving me bad information)...the story and their terrible service is too long to document here, but if you ever have to call estate planning, count on holding 45 minutes to an hour just to get more bad information. I have called 3 times and held over 3 hours and 20 minutes total, all to hear it's going to be another 10 days. Evin is rude and unhelpful. Ramilah is lovely and truly tried to help.

Bank of America, another crime syndicate, I mean corporation that earns billions and billions of dollars of profit every year, but can't find it within their budget or heart to employee a adequate number of tellers. Here I am once again like the beginning of every month trapped in a 45 minute line with 2 tellers. Don't think this is an accident - it's a system of greed .

The manager at this branch is absolutely clueless when it comes to procedure. I fully understand why this branch has two stars, really it should only have one star based on incompetence of the bank manager who also has the worst halitosis of any bank employee I've had the displeasure of dealing with. **** Went to another B of A branch and they knew the procedure and were able to accommodate my transaction. Filed complaint for manager at Santee.

If I could do negative stars I would. I have been annoyed for sometime with this branch but am finally posting. Usually there is a wait of about 5 to 10 minutes if there is a line. This time it took 15 minutes just to get to the window. They had three tellers open then it went down to one. A supervisor came by to try and direct people out to the atm and I am wondering why she didn't direct herself to a teller window to help. In my many visits there is always people sitting around chatting versus servicing customers. This branch must be horribly mismanaged as there is always a line. I know bofa doesn't care but if I were you I would go somewhere else because this branch doesn't care. Everyone was complaining about the wait and instead of helping move the line along the gave our feigned apologies.
