Dude count fine a 1002 ford e150 then looked again under trucks. I needed headlight bulbs he quickly clicked asked is high beam or low I said both he said no we don’t carry it. This is ridiculous it’s a common light lazy u. Interested in helping. I walked back in went on the website found several that fit my truck. Dropped them all on the counter and let them know I didn’t appreciate not wanting to help. Both times they sarcastic said have a nice day.

If this guy is a example of AUTOZONE‘s professional parts people, the whole store needs retraining, customer service sucks, inability to make decisions and help customers as you see is wearing a gray shirt which means not a red shirt. He should know better I think you should get a yellow shirt going meaning the ones that really suck.

For me, this AutoZone has had a troubled past with employees selling the wrong parts. Then you have to go back to exchange for the right one. Today I tried to exchange a bottle of chemical guys tire treatment because the bottle it’s self was broken internally and did not pump. Not the end of the world but seriously, that’s inconvenient. Now, I have to go to another AutoZone across town just to have them Merely swap it out. Please tell me why I stopped patronizing O’Riley’s Auto Parts in the first place?

I stopped in this Auto Zone to purchase an engine air filter for my vehicle. That had it in stock, but only two varieties, the more expensive brands like K&N and STP. I was looking for a Fram or Wix for half the price, but what do you do. I wish they would carry more brands at competitive prices.Service at the counter was friendly. Oh yes, they need to have a separate line for guest are looking up part, so they don't have to wait in the cashier line and then take up time in that line when looking up the parts.
