Frank Larece was very unprofessional.
I was trying to buy from out of state and asked for a video.
He did eventually sent a videos and it appeared the truck had some dings.
I asked him about that and a few other things, he told me that this wasn’t going to work and stopped answering my calls and text.
Would not recommend

2018 Toyota Corolla runs amazing and passed all the inspections on the used car inspection. Great price, good mileage. Dimitri was great and very helpful with finding me a insurance place to cover me

I don't often buy used cars, not since 2006. I had a GREAT experience with Auto City. I found a Prius I liked online and I called Auto City. From the getgo, Frank, who usually answers the phone, was SO helpful with every silly question I had. Then, Fareez helped me complete buying the vehicle and giving a good price. We also worked with Isaac, and Dominic. ALL the team members are helpful and totally pro. HIGHLY recommend you go and buy from them. They also gave me a fair trade in price for my older Prius! Best dealership in the entire San Diego county! Don't be discouraged if other dealerships have harassed or haggled you into buying a car. Isaac and Ali are true professional that have outstanding customer service. I'm in the Military and have been stationed here since 2008. I've had terrible past experience with Mile of Cars and El Cajon local dealerships. Not AUTO CITY! They work with all types of credit and do not haggle you. I truly recommend them to anyone especially my military family. Thank you AUTO City, your team is truly a 5 star company!

Please watch out for Stan, I know there are a lot of good reviews about him, but there is some shady stuff going on. Just because he says he can get you a deal done, it doesn’t mean it’s good for you.

This has been a great experience. The car I bought is been shipped to me here in Utah for no extra cost and I’ve had a few other bad experiences before I found this place. I recommend it.

The air in my car went out after one day of having it . The screen in my car has some liquid substance on the inside that will probably cost me an arm and leg to get fixed . And the windshield had a crack in it . I got the car shipped so I didn’t know any of this before I got it ! And it took me over 10 phone calls to get someone to answer !
