This place is here to SCAM and take your money before even providing you any service. My husband had a $800 job they quoted him. (Adam) When he went back they said they needed $100 deposit to make an appointment he refused to pay the $100 to make appointment. My husband replied what if you damage my truck or do something wrong ??I’ll pay once it’s installed. They said ok but pushed for him to then leave a $20 deposit which he reluctantly did. I said that is NOT normal practice to pay for an appointment and called to cancel. Left message to cancel then called back to request our refund from this shady company. He double talked saying “i don’t know what you mean”. I said it’s not normal to take money like that prior for an appointment?? You didn’t order anything for him it’s a service and you haven’t supplied it. He continued to double talk making no sense. I said I want our money back he refused said you can have store credit only. SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK HERE GO ELSE WHERE! He before hanging up said I don’t know why he didn’t call.
HEY ADAM, he didn’t call you because I was onto your scam and wasn’t about to give you our money after you just ripped us off. Had you returned our 20 bucks and showed good faith we might’ve been back but you displayed just what I suspected SCAMMERS!

I walked into Audio Shack. Adam helped me right away. We discussed my needs. Adam put together a package to replace my nonworking stock stereo with an awesome unit that does all the things I needed in my F250. Thank You so much!

I took my truck there a few months ago and my factory stereo replaced with a new head unit. The radio never worked and when I asked they said its not possible to connect after market stereos with factory antennas. Turns out that's not true. After a few months my speakers slowly stop working, one by one. I called them again and they said there was nothing they could do, that aftermarket stereos just don't work with factory equipment. So after being turned away I went to another car stereo install place to get a 2nd opinion. Turns out they grounded the new stereo incorrectly and there maybe even more serious problems. Please don't trust these guys.

Make damn sure you're buying the correct part. I called ahead, was told they had my adapter. Came down, picked it up, went to install and it's for the wrong year. So, I came back in, they don't actually have the part and they won't give me a $20 refund...only store credit. Needless to say, I won't be back and would advise anyone else to not come here.

One star is being courteous, took my car here to have two front windows tinted. When I picked the car up I right away noticed multiple bubbles, I showed them and they reassured me that they will go away as they dry. I was told not to roll the windows down for 3-5 days. So just to be safe a waited the full 5 days. And right away a heard crunching. See attached videos. I called and they said they would not refund, would only re do it. I am extremely hesitant to let them re do any of it at this point. I am extremely disappointed in this type of quality.

I like these guys, I called him today about getting a new Bluetooth stereo in my work truck and 45 minutes later it was installed. I was even a few dollars short when it came to pay and it was cool he didn't make a huge deal about it. Already planning on taking my van in to get window tint and a backup camera, would recommend.
