Terrible, HORRIBLE LIARS! I waited nearly TWO hours for them to unlock my car doors! Every time I would call they would say 30min more, after 30 min x2 then 40 min. I cancelled the service. I’m angry at Geico for contracting with them. I am in Pennsylvania this business is in CA so I’m confused and pissed.

Sandro arrived 30mins earlier than the ETA.He had my bad battery replaced correctly within 5 minutes. Sandro was very knowledgeable and friendly.He definitely saved us a trip to the dealer as well. Thank you!

Was having trouble with starting my car for the past 3 weeks and ASAP towing helped out with a friendly attitude every time. However the 4th time was different. My car was completely dead with no sign of it turning on so I called my insurance and Sandro from ASAP Towing pulled up. Little did I know how helpful this guy was going to be. He quickly gave me a jump and suggested I get a new battery. He offered to pick on up for me and install it for free through my insurance - which I did not know. Saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. Sandro was super thoughtful plus helpful throughout the entire process. He even negotiated a free 8 year warranty through the dealership for the new battery. This man was a life saver. Truly grateful to have crossed paths with him. Thank you so much friend!

My Truck ran out of battery power on the 94. Geico sent ASAP out, David the driver so helpful and professional. Had the truck hooked up and off the road quickly. Thanks.

I wish there would have been less than one star to give them. They are One of the most liar people in the country. Very rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful people. I would never recommend them to anyone. Once I called them they said 11:30, the next time said 11:42 and the third time they said 11:45 but didn’t show at any of the mentioned time. Liar

If there was a minus 10 star this place deserves it. The dispatcher misrepresented herself and lrd me to believe they were AAA auto insurance.Said towing would cost $350. I realized my mistake and called to cancel.said I would be charged $85 to cancel. When I chalenged it she got rude and hung up on me. They called 3 more times threatening me. When I checked my credit card account they had charged me $249 for "membership". In dispute now

Great service! I woke up to a dead car battery and was up and running again in under an hour, new battery installed and all. Sandro helped me out. He was honest, patient and very polite. I highly recommend them!

they are the worst. they we're supposed to be there in a hour, a hour went by I call a they said 30 minutes he will be there. I called every half hour and they kept saying 30 minutes out. they never sent a truck. this was through geico insurance road side assistance. i called another tow company when I told then to piss off and they were there in 25 minutes! screw you Asap towing!!!!!!

SANDRO!!! He's the man, he came out to replace my dead battery for me... he arrived earlier than the app ETA. He was honest about pricing, worked hard to fit my battery into its housing (which proved to be a challenge for my car model), and showed me respect. A1 service. A1 fellow. A1 company. Thank you.
