Each time I've ever needed assistance, the sales reps are very helpful and always willing to take the time to make sure to provide great customer service even when they are busy. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a problem with microwave torsion spring. There is a left and a right and the part was labelled incorrectly. They were out but the counter lady phoned the closest office and had them pull the part so she could make sure it was the right one before having it sent. Great service and... read full comment
