I'll be honest I didn't even visit this location but I tried calling to make an appointment for my cats I waited 5 minutes each call before getting an answer which I don't mind because my cats have an upper respiratory infection right now and they're not doing too hot plus I wanted a second opinion because one of my cats have been sick for a while and my current vet can't find root of issue but each of those 5 times I called some rude lady named Donna answers and immediately hangs up after I say hi.... I went to read the reviews and man 2.5 stars and everyone complaining about the front desk makes sense. Can't even make an appointment here at all!!! They won't let you even utter a sentence to make one

I would give them zero stars if i could. This place has gone extremely downhill. They put you on hold forever any time you call regardless of the urgency and front desk lady is rude. Check all the reviews this is a major issue. They dont do a very good job with grooming or nail trims. Every time we ask to get nails clipped during check ups and pay the $35 and they dont trim half of my dogs nails and they are too long. They say he wont be still, hes a dog figure it out! Their prices are also much higher than other vets.

Long story short I brought my dog here several times over the course of a month. Dr Roque was amazing. She was kind, compassionate and encouraging. She treated both my pet and myself with kindness. She made a difficult time so much better.

I called to see if I could make an appointment or potentially get a prescription for my cat without an appointment because I am in the process of moving. When I called I was on hold for 30mins before getting hung up on, I called back again just to be hung up on again. On the third call Shirley answered the phone and right away was combative and not very understanding. I tried to explain my situation to her and instead of listening, all she wanted to do was cut me off. When I asked her why she keeps interrupting me she said, "I need to assist someone in front of me" as if I hadn't been on hold for 30mins and hung up on twice already. It seemed to me she just didn't want to listen to what I was trying to explain to her or ask her. She made multiple points to belittle me and talk to me like I was stupid because I guess she didn't think that I understood her the first time when she told me that they wouldn't be able to give me the cat food I needed because I need a prescription. I never was arguing against that but she for some reason felt like I was, maybe because she was hearing only what she wanted to hear. Instead of being sympathetic and trying to understand my perspective to work with me on getting an appointment today or some other type of resolution, she wanted to be dismissive and rude and tell me that it was poor planning on my part. We all make mistakes. And I feel it's very out of pocket to talk to someone like that that is a customer. I guess Shirley has never made a mistake in her life before. She also made a point to say, "like you didn't know you were moving." Okay. Again. Out of pocket and argumentative. I find it very hard to believe that I couldn't have spoken with a vet on the phone or been squeezed in to see the vet so I could get a prescription. She just wanted to be dismissive and argumentative. This lady should NOT be working in customer service and she should be ashamed of herself for talking to me the way that she did. It wasn't necessary what so ever, if you're miserable it's not right to treat other people poorly or if you're stressed out, maybe you should get a different job.

I'm so sad to see so many bad reviews for this place. I've been taking my animals here for a long time and have received nothing but amazing care. They not only care about your pet but they care about you. I recently had to put one of my cats down (I didn't want to but I also didn't want her to continue to suffer). The nurse that checked me in was so sweet and they kept asking me if I needed anything and for me to take all the time I needed with my Cali. The doctor they saw her was also amazing. They called me about a week later for me to pick up her ashes and then today I received a sympathy card from them. I want to say thank you to all of your amazing staff

I have contacted the manager Terry and the front office staff several times, I really don't appreciate your front office staff hanging up on me when I'm asking to talk to a manager. My patience only goes so far, especially when I had already had to rush my dog to the emergency vet 4 times because of you guys. No thanks and we will be finding a more qualified and caring vet.

Incredibly RUDE lady at the front counter (not the lady who scanned the chip). We found a dog and brought it to check for a chip. She gave us the nastiest attitude and was visibly irritated that we were there. People like this should not be involved with pets. I would be embarrassed to have anyone like this working for my company. I will never bring my personal dog here again. Gross that people treat others that way who are trying to do a good thing.

the tech told us the Dr would come in to examine my dog. The tech took my dog to the back, brings him back 10 minutes later saying there is nothing wrong with his ear. I've spent over $1,000 between VCA and the real vet who discovered problems ignored by VCA. They said there is nothing in his ear yet he's clawing at it for hours a day while he grimaces in pain. I'm furious and its apparent, these people are horrible at their jobs. Incompetence or dishonest!?!

They took my money then didn't get back to me with results for almost 1 week !! Didn't even care to see if there was something else they could do for my baby ! Because what they thought was wrong ..what I paid 200 dollars to find not wrong .. was not the problem !!
