Just left there, the guy clerk made a awful face and told me he doesn't open until 4, funny all the ampm's are open except his. I didn't stop by any other because this one is closer to work and now I'm screwed. The girls at mid morning are awesome!! But the night shift guy sucks!!!

Very bad and rude cashier a big guy I think his name was Rodi I had flat tire and it was raining and by law gas stations you have to give air so asked him nicely to turn on the air for me he said we don't have a button here to turn it on you have to pay outside or show me a receipt for gas!!!!!Really!!!! even the air you have to charge for itPlease don't give your business to them go somewhere elseI went to shell in front of it the lady said of course I'm not going to charge you for air come here and we will take care of you

Pumps are super slow and the gas didn't auto shutoff. If you're in a hurry, another station is my suggestion. Lol

This place is great!! Always clean! And ALWAYS friendly!!! So many places act like they're doing you a favor by "letting" you shop there . THIS PLACE ALWAYS TREATS ME GREAT!! It's worth the light on Bradley!Oh, I almost forgot.. Amanda was fantastic! Great customer service!!!

Cheap coffee, clean bathroom, fast service and friendly workers what more can you ask for? Lots of snacks and food selections so you won't be hangry for your road trip! Didn't need gas this time so didn't check the price. And don't forget to get a bunch of scratchers!

I know many businesses are making due with sub-standard employees, but some people don't deserve to be employed. It was very hot El Cajon afternoon, and since my grown son was with me I decided on a car wash at this Arco. Been here many times but nothing like today. After the wash we went to the vacuum area and nothing was posted about cost other than you need a token. I asked my son to find out how many minutes one gets for a token. My son said the cashier looked at him as if he were in the wrong business, rolled his eyes and never answered.He purchased 2 tokens for $2. The vacuum had very little suction. It made no high pitch whistle, and left behind at least 20% of the job. My son went in to explain the problem, and perhaps get the token back so we could try the other vacuum. The cashier said he would need to come out and check it for himself. We waited. We waited some more. We saw the guy take a cigarette break. We waited, he went back into the store. We spent 20-30 minutes waiting for the guy to come and verify our claim. We decided to use our 2nd token on the other vacuum. It didn't even turn on. My son returned to get a refund on the token and Find out why he never came to check the weak-sucking vacuum. He was told if the Vacuum was not sucking to our standards that he could not do anything about it nor could he give us a refund. My son asked him about the token that he put into the non-working vacuum, he was given a token to replace that one, however since they are non-refundable the only thing we could do was put it in the weak-suction vacuum, the vacuum we waited for him to come out and check, which he failed to tells us in the begining, there was nothing he could do to help us. I guess that's why he never showed up to look at the weak-suctioned vacuum. But why did he have us waiting for him to come and help for nearly 30 minutes? SO, he changed his song from I will be out there to look at it to "if they aren't working I can't fix I them." All this avoidable by: 1. An out of order sign Including verbage... 2. Use at your own risk /No refunds 3. Cost per token /minutes per token And of course a professional, helpful, customer focused employee, manager, owner. Thank you for letting me vent using my words.

I love coming here on a quick fast time to get me some hamburgers or any of the hot foods they have. What I do not like is that you can't use Credit card here, now in my own opinion I am sure it is more expensive to have that system running that is why, but it is a let down for me if they ever that that in the future I would be here more often. I do like there gas prices, and come here often for it. There staff are very helpful and kind. I love there drinks selection a wide and great variety to choose from.

I filled my travel cup with a cold drink and took it to the cashier. She told me that they did not allow people to fill their own cups, then she just looked at me. I asked her if she wnted me to pour out the contents or pay for it, or what. She told me again that people weren't allowed to fill their personal cups because it is unsanitary. Again I asked her what she wanted me to do at that point. Maybe she didn't understand me because she just looked at me. I paid and left, BUT there are some problems at this store:
