I went to buy gas and drinks and I saw the cashier not wearing a mask. I politely asked him to wear a mask and he told me that he didn't have one. Another person who works there perhaps a manger heard me and rudely said to me "we don't wear mask here and if I didn't like it I could go to another station" I left quietly and went to the station past the freeway where they had masks on and we very polite. Shame on you

Swipe my debit card outside and the pump and did authorized my gas but it wouldn’t pump so I went inside to tell them that I needed my gas and told me by the Clark that it wasn’t his problem that it wouldn’t pump so I never got my money back on my card and they didn’t have a si lotion for my problem very bad customer service, dirty bathrooms (STEAL YOUR MONEY )

If I could give no stars I would where do I begin I pull up into the gas station pump 8 to be exact go into the he store asked to put 20 on 8 now when I went to pay with my VEMO card which had $40 and mind you I asked for $20 on 8 so more than enough funds for the gas now I pay my card is declined tried again declined go to the car to grab a different card when I go to the car I look at my vemo account and it says -20.35 so looks like it went through on my end check the pump $20 is on the pump but nothing is coming out go back In with my phone in hand to show the transaction to the cashier ( side bar the guy that helped me the first time super nice ) I go it the line is wrapped across the room so annoyed with that and what happened prior to so I waved down ( randy ) the shitty a** lazy a** other cashier and asked about what's going hes line oh you're like the 3rd person that it's happened to blah blah blah I'm like okay so how are we going to handle this problem now he's like nothing I can do blah blah blah so he's like it'll return to your card In 24-48 hours I then said if this happens often don't you think you should post a sign saying that you know maybe you'll avoid customers like me that's f****** pissed off then he said idk why you're telling me this like I'm supposed to do something about it. So this is when the b**** in my switched on I'm like okay so you're unprofessional attitude is rubbing me the wrong way we are in a crisis I'm not working so yeah MF I'm mad I have to keep on paying for gas I'm not pumping. So I pay another $20 on pump 8 go out there pumped 9.38 worth of gas then it pops and stops as if my tank is full I then hang the pump up and go in and ask what's happening with this pump it only pumped $9.38 I asked for $20 and my tank is no where full then randy comes back and says I don't know how to pump gas blah blah blah (mind you I work at a gas station sycuan market gas is 2.10 better and cleaner environment FYI ) so then I had to pay again to get my tank to full. I asked for the manager Info Randy's unprofessional a** answered with he owns the store I then asked I want whoever is above you then he slammed the number at me and proceed with his day. So horrible experience unprofessional workers lazy employees dirty a** store Issa no for me I'll run outta gas before I pull my baby back into that shitty gas station! Rant over

This ampm has really good workers and I love how nice they are 5/5 they were really sweet and nice and helped me around this neighborhood and just the works here made me want to come back for coffee and donuts

It's a gas station nothing spectacular. I have noticed That the close proximity of the Freeway has NOT affected the price of gas noticeably. I can't comment on how friendly the staff is or is not as I've had no interaction.I can't comment on clean restrooms as I've never checked it out. I don't like the 35 cent fee they charge to use DEBIT CARD. I didn't appreciate the fact they had no paper towels to clean windshield with. I miss the days when an attendant would fill your tank, Check your oil, wash your Windows and send you on your way Those were the days.

The worst customer service ever! I work a graveyard shift. I've gone to get coffee and was told they stop crewing coffee at 1:30am..... and begin again at 4:00am. This is not a convenience store, the man in lack of a better name that works during those hours is rude and obnoxious. I'd fire him and hire people that want to work towards satisfying their customers. I'm appalled with this place!

This ampm has a bathroom which you need to go outside to get to, unlock a door that take you to another door with a fence in between, making you feel very unsafe, regardless their bathroom by far the worst gas station bathroom. They don't keep it clean, someone pissed all over the floor and even the trash can and it smelled so bad. I would never send public in that place and this is the last time I will stop here, I don't care how bad I got to go. The guy in the store didn't even act surprised when I complained and just said okay I'll tell the Manager Wow. If you can do a review with zero stars, that's what I would have done
