My property is gated. I ask every time to call me the day before so that I can leave the gate open. Every time Amerigas fails to call.
They also charge a fee to pay with a credit card. Not even cheap liquor stores do that.

I arranged for delivery by phone and immediately submitted payment online. After 10 days of waiting for delivery, I called again and was told delivery had not been scheduled. It took another 10 days for delivery. At that point I was below 5% and had to take a day off work to meet the driver. I posted video of my experience on social media and have gotten hundreds of thousands of views and likes. Hopefully my experience with AMERIGAS improves.

Delivery did not happen as planned. Trying to call is an absolute nightmare taking a minimum of 30 minutes to hear from a live person only to end up talking to someone in the Philippines who was 100% not helpful. Not sure I’ll continue to even do business with you ever again.

Promised $0.25 discount not applied to delivery. The driver couldn't find tank, left w/o filling. I Waited 2 weeks for return, which never came, called to reschedule delivery, promised in 2-3 days. After 10 days, no delivery. Called to reschedule and told it would be expedited. Five days later I flagged down a tanker delivering next door to ask if he was going to my house next. I wasn't on his list. He had to call his base to approve the delivery, but couldn't get service. Lent him my phone to call. I called to ask for discount over these difficulties, and told to wait for bill, then call billing. Called billing and only got the $0.25 discount that everyone else got and I didn't. Their price per gallon is $2.00 per gallon more than local competitors, but forbid us from using them. Offered to buy tank that's 34 yrs old but they won't sell.

A leak was detected on my tank after topping it off with 69.2 gallons. The tank was replaced and I was charged 486.89 which was more than the price for the original fill. I received no compensation for the leaking tank which I rent from you and should have been maintained by you. The appearance of the leak indicated it had been happening for an extended amount of time, therefore I have been paying for gas that I was not using. I am considering looking for another vendor.

It was bad, I had to wait 2 weeks for my gas to be reinstalled after the gas leak, the customer service I had was bad, the employees that took my calls had no good communication or understanding of the situation, I was never informed that the technician wasn’t going to be able to reinstall the service and they pushed my service 4 days then, on the second date they told me they were going to go an fix the issue again no technician was available and they pushed my service another week, it wasn’t until I started questions on how to transfer my service to another company, and miraculously the service was fixed the next day. Is the first time I had any experience with the company and it was very questionable. I am still thinking on changing companies with a better costumer service

I signed up for the automatic delivery plan. After my initial delivery I never received any additional propane deliveries. I ran out if propane during the coldest part of the year when there was snow on the ground. I had to call and request an emergency refill, which I was charged an additional fee for. Then after filing the tank, the technician failed to properly secure the fill portal and caused a gas leak. Not recommending this service provider.

Driver showed up with no heads up so nobody was home. I was told There would be a phone call. The driver was awesome called as a courtesy gave me real good information. the company and their policy's are no good. I'm trapped in this relationship because I can't go without for long enough to get a new company in.they change the billing type on me as well some of which was my fault but the lack of communication is just bad business they get away with it because they know we're trapped using them.
