I had to get my windshield replaced on my new 2024 vehicle and not only did the replacement job turn out fabulous, but working with Lorrie in the main office was even better. She was very communicative and clear and really worked with me and my schedule! Thank you SO much Lorrie I am so grateful to you!!

Very professional company, got my windshield replaced same day. They were able to provide OEM auto glass for the same cost as aftermarket glass. They were able to complete mobile calibration on my car. Everyone else needed me to drive into a shop. I'm very happy with the service I received.Services: Auto windshield repair

I did not use them at all. But one of there drivers drove in through a clearly marked one way exit only, then sped through our parking lot just to avoid a stop light. If they can't read basic instructions like street signs, do you really trust them with your glass?

I have used All Star Glass for my classic vehicles for more than ten years. I called today as was informed that they no longer install classic vehicle glass? I was very disappointed! They claim to service all types of vehicles?? But would not let there experienced installer "Leroy" whom I have worked with for ten years, even take the service call! So really NO SERVICE was what was offered. The woman who called from the El Cajon office just said "try to find whoever?" BAD/NO Customer service. I would not recommend this location for any auto glass needs. I was able to find a great installer with years of experience who was not AFRAID to work on a classic vehicle. My 1957 VW Karman Ghia. I even had my own glass, that maybe why, not enough profit! Profit over customer needs is not a good way to run your business. I will be sure to pass the word to ALL the classic clubs I belong to which include San Diego Mustang, VW Karman Ghia, Vintage Chevy Van, San Diego Air Cooled Club. So don't worry your office will not be getting ANY referrals for classic vehicles of any kind!
