Albertsons/Vons is the only store chain to continue carrying Pomegranate arils! Ralph's stopped stocking them & Smart & Final haven't carried them at all. Albertsons/Vons has a better selection of frozen and canned foods. A bit more expensive but when I can't find something at Ralph's, I go to Albertsons and find it every time!!

Customer service leaves much to be desired at this location.
The short Hispanic woman with orange hair at the deli counter is incredibly rude and snarky. She didn't let me finish my question and then she kept saying, "I don't know, I don't know" when I asked her follow-up question. If you "don't know" get training, and while you're at it get some customer service training because it's badly needed.
There are always problems with the self-checkout kiosks and the employees there are also rude and clearly stressed out. The kiosks malfunction constantly and customers have to wait for the employees to put in their code so the customers may pay and leave.
The only reason I keep coming back is because the produce is great.

It's been a while since I've gone grocery shopping here. Usually Costco or Trader Joes fulfill what I need but today I wanted something different and more stuff not found in those places. I visited the Meat Section and got some fresh seafood and meat. Christian behind the counter was very helpful and kind. As I made my way thru checkout, Emilio and Lupe took great care of me.

Another visit to Albertsons.....Rancho....different area but same fantastic shopping experience!!! Clean,stocked and great helpful staff. X ❤ Would recommend.

I wish the older working cashiers were more nicer not everyone knows how things work in the self checkout the constantly looking to see if you're stealing like is that really what 2023 has to come to be BE MORE NICER IF YOU ARE A CASHIER I swear I miss when everyone was nice and didn't profile it's already super small in there help one another !
