I discovered Colleen Alante Hair Designs and Boutique through Groupon and was eager to book an appointment for an upcoming event. Despite reaching out nearly two weeks in advance, my initial contact was met with a polite redirection as Colleen was in the midst of attending to another client--a circumstance I fully understood. In the hopes of securing my preferred time slot, I promptly followed up with a text message after the call, recognizing the challenge of scheduling appointments on desired dates. However, communication thereafter became somewhat challenging. Colleen responded nearly 8 hours later, offering only one available time slot for the requested day, or the option to consider the following Saturday. Promptly replying within minutes, I expressed my eagerness to secure the suggested time slot, yet unfortunately received no response. Despite my efforts to reconnect the following day, I encountered continued silence, prompting a second attempt to reach out. Regrettably, as of the second day, I have yet to receive a response. While I appreciate the initial responsiveness and the challenges of managing a busy schedule, the prolonged delay and lack of follow-up communication have left me feeling disappointed in the booking process.

People and Colleen walsh were nice. But the quality of service wasn't what we were looking for especially for the price it cost me. I had to find another person to do my mail because I had a trip and event pending. I do not feel $94 was an appropriate price for what I received.

Found Colleen on Groupon and decided to try her for a mani pedi, definitely had a wonderful experience. My favorite thing is that she gives you her undivided attention during your appointment. She is quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and very accommodating to schedule requests which makes it super easy to work with her! She works quickly yet takes her time to do a thorough job. She has high quality OPI nail colors that last even if you get a regular manicure and not gel. Overall this is was a great experience and I would definitely recommend her for your nail needs!

I like Alante Hair Design my hair dresser Jessica is wonderful. You tell her what you want and she cuts it that way. The end results are always great.

Customer service, attitude & enthusiasm is key to delivering superior customer service - and that describes Colleen Walsh the mega pedicurist!! Colleen accommodated me and my friend even on short notice- and gave me a spa pedicure which transformed my dry, cracked heels and pitiful toes into a masterpiece!! This lady is a true gem- and I would consider moving from Santa Monica to San Diego just to get this treatment. What a treat! Thanks so much!

Purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi with Coleen Walsh, but when I tried several times on several different days to call and make an appointment, no one ever answered or called me back (I left multiple messages with my phone number). I ended up having to cancel my groupon to receive "groupon bucks," because it was too late to get a refund. Very unprofessional.
