I exchanged an oxygen bottle here, and they gave me a bottle that was way over-pressurized. Normally an oxygen bottle shouldn't have more than about 2200 psi. This one had well over 4000 psi, which damaged my gauge and burst a hose. When I brought my damaged equipment in and showed them, along with the bottle, they tried to blame me, claiming that I must have hooked my equipment up to a different bottle that had more pressure in it. I tried to explain that I did not own any other bottles, and the hose company that had built my gauge and hose assembly confirmed that the only explanation for that type of damage was pressure well in excess of 3000 psi. No efforts to plead my case with the manager did any good. It cost me $135 to replace my damaged equipment, and they refused to reimburse me. The worst part was them blaming me. That really ticked me off.

Guys that work there were nice enough and offered help right away, that's not the point, but an $8.20 charge for 10lbs. of welding rod categorized as Airgas Hazmat Charge, that goes into their pocket, ridiculous! I know others do this, but not at this rate, $1.21 a pound Company tax just to stuff in their personal pockets, somethings wrong here.

Had called earlier to see if had a particular product. They did, but rather, several others. They asked what I working with, which was silver. They had, and which at a substantial lower cost, than other places previous checked.

Used to get CO2 here for my kegerator. They had the right equipment to get a full fill unlike most brew supply stores that can only fill to half weight. They have instituted a no fill on same day policy. You have to drop off and pick up following day. WTF? They aren't exactly close to me so this is a deal breaker. Way to screw up a good thing for us brewers Airgas.
