Terrible service. Made an appointment for an injury to my puppy. When I arrived, they said my appointment was for next week. They were not correct. I even called to confirm when I left work "early" and they confirmed my appointment. They REFUSED to see my puppy regardless of the confirmed appointment and he was already their patient. The front desk made a scene in front of other customers painting a picture of me being incompetent. It was obvious they did not want another client who had a large dog. My other pet is a small dog and I never had a problem with them previously. Check out my instagram page for the screen shot of the text i received saying I missed my appointment...the same appointment they say I did not make. I am reaching out to the community and letting families know they pick and choose their customers and if you have a large breed dog, this place is NOT a good choice for your fur family. I was referred to another vet by a local breeder. What a difference with how my puppy was treated.

Dr. Katie Rivard is the worst vet out there. Incompetence and negligence and unprofessionalism. My dog passed away nine days after seeing this so called vet, from intense bleeding in her spleen. Rivard didn't even take the time to do an ultrasound for her stomach after we specifically told her she has not eating well for the past week, as well as feeling lethargic. She simply did a blood panel test and said that she was normal. I spoke to couple of vets after that and they told me that it is because of my dog's Blood test was norma, It was more than necessary to have an ultrasound done because of her consistent lack of appetite and fatigue. Don't take your pet to be seen by Rivard. Otherwise, you may never see your pet again... An untrustworthy and disingenuous woman like Rivard should have her veterinarian license revoked immediately!

This review is for Dr.Damm and the entire crew at this vet clinic. I really appreciate the care and compassion they show for my doggie. I know Dr.Beckman is the star here but I must say Dr.Damm was/is an excellent addition to the clinic. Thanks for keeping my dog happy and healthy!!!

Took my Cat to the vet to get examined and Dr. Beckham was very calm and kind towards her. She is very scared of her surroundings when she's not at home but he was so gentle to the point where her nerves calmed down. Definitely recommend him if you want to get your pet checked! He is very soft spoken and just an overall calm presence.

The care here is always great. My babies have been seen here since pups and I cannot say enough about the doctors. They provide great information, best options, mindful of cost, and do not do up sales. The information provided is always the best options for your pet. Dr Castillo knows our babies and understands the type of parents we are to our doodles. Again, I cannot say enough positive words about the care. Thank you all!

We recently adopted our baby girl from the San Diego humane society and they give us an initial free health check certificate to use at a veterinarian of our choice that is it they were to accept it. You would think who wouldn't right? It's just an initial check we would pay for any shots and or services provided after. When I called them they said NO without any hesitation. I just find it weird, heartless almost especially since it's a veterinarian clinic that supposedly cares for the well-being of animals. Surely a 15 min checkup wouldn't make a dent on their finances especially since we would potentially be customers. Everything happens for a reason and we found a great place to take our fur baby to seen as and when needed.

Found out a pair of forcepts were negligently left inside my dog during surgery and subsequently led to her death. Dr. Roger Beckman performed the surgery and is probably the owner of this clinic. Other doctors and staff are all friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable, but do not have Beckman perform surgery, he is obviously incompetent.

I've been coming here for years The staff is amazing but I feel like they are understaffed and stressed out I think they could use a few extra employees. I come here every 3 weeks for a nail trim it use to be 16 when I started and jumped to 23 for a 2 minute trim That's insane. I discovered a vet office down the street that's a lot cheaper. This place went downhill for me and I'd recommend searching for a vet that is fair and not always trying to rush you.

Great staff, clean environment. My Frenchie is very comfortable going in there and they treat him like their own. I've been to a lot of vets and this is one of the best I've encountered

Took my two dogs for an exam, the doctor was wonderful and my dogs really liked her. However, the front office is chaotic, making a same day appointment was imposible, and there is a constant wait when calling in. Not fun when your dog is in pain and can't be seen for three days.

Staff are excellent and caring. I can always get an appointment here within a day or two, which is how we ende up coming here. Our previous vet could not take us for 2-3 weeks during COVID. They have great office hours, early morning to early evening, and we can always get an appointment within a day or two. For reference, we've had 3 dogs and 2 cats as patients here in the last 2 years.

Had such a great experience here! The doctors and all the staff members were so kind to me and my kitties. One of my cats peed in her carrier in the lobby and they cleaned her and the carrier up for me! Loved this place, wish I could come here forever, but I'm moving out of state )-: Being your babies here if you're looking for the sweetest and most attentive people to care for your furry loved ones!

I got to the clinic on time, they have a clean waiting room and it wasn't crowded. They require you wearing a mask which I don't mind at all. At exactly 1:20 (my appointment time) I was brought back to a clean room where animals were playing on a tv screen. (Still photos) . The vet came in and checked my cat from nose to tail, feeling all over, checking her teeth and listening to her heart and lungs. Then she moved to the reason I was there, my cat's ears. She took a swab and removed some ear gunk, turned to me and said "maybe I should look at this under the microscope and see what we're dealing with..." I said I thought it was a good idea. We talked about a new medication that only had to be applied twice and she quoted me $65. They took my kitty back to put the medication in her ear and she said I could wait in the waiting room. I go to check out and my bill was$225! I agreed to the $65 and the $75 office visit but hold on $$120 for a $35 ear swab cytology?? This place is great but be prepared to pay through the nose for the privilege of having your pet treated here. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Still in love with this place! My 14+ year-old Papillon had an issue with his eye, Dr. Damm was able to get us in to an ophthalmologist the next day!!! She also called several times to check on my old man and discuss the specialist's report. They truly care about our precious fur babies!!!
