Skip the DMV and do your plate service here.I was told this place can be very busy and with long waits. But we were lucky when we came with only one person ahead of us. The check in lady was super knowledgeable and efficient. She understood what we needed, got us the right forms. Send us to Adam to finalize our paperwork, Adam is the nicest person and fast too. We got our paperwork don’t in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Adam.Top that DMV!!

Went to AAA Rancho San Diego today to update my Homeowners Policy. Service was quick, minimal wait time and staff went out of their way to help me.

AAA uses Quality Towing as their tow service... Again this evening I waited 90 min. for them to tell me they were not coming to pick up our vehicle... I have been a member of AAA for over 40 years . and they Need to do a Better JOB picking their Subs...

We've had auto policies and successful towing for almost 20 years, no problems. We like the quicker service at this DMV counter rather than going to the DMV. We recently asked about homeowners insurance to try to save by bundling. The rep was enthusiastic and printed off a quote. My husband asked if our specific location was a problem. The rep looked it up on Google maps and said it shouldnt be an issue. Then he suggested we switch our life insurance to AAA to save even more (classic insurance salesman move). We did end up switching our term life policies. We werent hearing back about the homeowners, and persistently called for over a week. I finally got a 1 sentence response back via email that we were rejected because we live near brush. We are livid. Poor communication and a bait & switch move. Still waiting to hear about our appeal, no returned calls or emails all week. Awful customer service.

I called to pay my bill and the guy that answered transferred me to an automated service after I told him it’s not taking my policy number and after I said I need help paying it cause it should’ve been automatic payment.. sucks . Bad customer service .

We got reservations from there and the hotel was less than desirable. Two workers claimed we did not ever get the reservation from them. I did not have the printed receipt with me but I can not believe they told me that. Also we will be canceling all our policies due to there incompetent workers.

I came in today to the Rancho San Diego AAA office and Regina was so wonderful in the time, care, and help she gave to me to plan an upcoming roadtrip!!! All the stress I had over planning vanished! Thanks, Regina...A TON!!!

I went to this branch to have a disabled placard re-issued. The lady who helped me said they would call me back as soon as their boss came out of a meeting to help me do that, because she wasn’t sure if she could help me with my placard reissue. I left with her promising to call me later that day, and never heard from her again. I’ve been a AAA member for over 20 years; this is not how you should treat customers.

One of the worst insurance companies I’ve seen! The guy who sits at the begging to the left I’m not sure if his name is Dan but he is super rude . He messed up my auto policy ! He purposely made it more expensive. My best advise to you is to Google Costco auto insurance and call them to get a quote you’ll save a lot of money. In the mean time you would want to keep their towing membership just in case .

Went on a Saturday at noon and waited 30 minutes. They were very pleasant efficient. They said get there before 10am for little or no wait.

Very friendly and very helpful with some DMV needs that I had. I believe it was Julie who helped me out and she was very friendly and helpful. Made my day in general. I've had positive experience with this AAA location.
