The trailer in the parking lot with the loud recording saying "YOU ARE BEING RECORDED" that plays all through the night is ridiculous. It can be heard inside the homes in the area.

Wow. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible. I went to this 711 earlier today for some taquitos on my lunch as I didnt have much time to deal with drive thrus. When I get to the register the younger middle eastern employee is talking on his phone completely ignoring me, and then puts his finger out to tell me to wait as if im the one that shouldn’t be trying to purchase something and his phone call with his friend is priority (keep in mind its an all smiles and laughs casual conversation). Go figure that after this the taquitos were incorrectly labeled. When I went back to tell him he gave me the must dull, “do you know what youre talking about” look and attitude. Then proceeded to tell me they dont have any of the taquitos I wanted, while they had the label for them out within a row of incorrect items. He was turned away from me the whole time without a care in the world. OWNER : See video from roughly 12:35pm -12:45 pm on 09/01/2023 for proof. It sounds like a lot, and times it can be dramatized . With this accurate time stamp I hope you can see its all truth and maybe even undersold .I will be going to the other 711 just down the street as long as hes working there cause its just not worth it. I recommend everyone do the same if you have things to do, want to get accurate product you purchase, or want standard professionalism. The staff there is what you’d expect. They do their job and act like theyre actually working, all while being kind.

Not sure what shady crap is going on here. But charging crv for a phone charger is insane. Let alone 1.00. It didn't come in a container. I can't return it for redemption which is literally what that means. Total rip off just charge another 1.00 for the charger.

I frequent this 7-Eleven for convenience. I only have one complaint: Syed, Sayed, whatever his name is, is really creepy. He should be fired for comments he's made to me, which include that he thought I was a "Chinese prisoner who escaped" when he saw my diabetes equipment. I carry a stick for self-defense (because I've had experiences in the neighborhood) and he always makes a comment about how I'm going to rob the store, he'll ask if I've ever been in a fight or killed anyone. He makes shopping here a horrible experience. So much so, I've even tried telling him I'm married, so I can avoid his creepy glances. HOWEVER, this store gets an extra star for the rest of the staff, including Lyndsay. Everyone else is so pleasant. Aside from Syed, the staff is always polite. They remember me, since I shop there a lot. Lyndsay, specifically, is always super helpful when I can't find something or if I don't know how to use one of the machines. Aside from the one creepy employee (WHO NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR CREEPING OUT GIRLS OF ALL AGES, SPECIFICALLY MINORS!!!), this store is the only 7-Eleven I like to go to. Whoever manages this store, get rid of that creepy guy, please.

This store has been going down hill for months.3rd time in this store where a product is not sealed(opened) specifically mini chips ahoy cookie bags. This morning at 6am 1/2/22 took the cake. I brought up 2 bags to cashier, both were opened. Went back to shelf a 3rd time, brought 2 more bags to try again and 1 bag was PARTIALLY sealed, the rest was unsealed (open) and he accused me of opening the bag right in front of him! He wanted to argue about it, tried to charge me for it. Good thing I had cash! He refused to take it off my bill so I handed him $2.00 cash for coffee, he refused to give me the managers name/number. Another question, why is this store adding things to my bill at register, that I’m not buying, then they take it off bill before totaling? Something isn’t right with this place. I’ve come to this store every day for 5 years. Not any more. 7/11’s are on every corner. BBB will hear from me as well.

I really love this 7 eleven but I gave them only three stars for now to bring to the managers attention that their night employees seem to be up to something. I came in at 2:15am January 11th and there was a sign saying it would be closed until 3:10am. I’ve never heard of them getting an hour lunch break. And another time the cashier closed up and with in the Middle of her shift. Bring the good employees back.

I’m here it’s literally a few minutes b4 10 on July 19th. Theres some employee here named Melissa I think she’s in the back idk what she’s doing not helping out the customers, she has her man or family member or something standing at the counter, when she does come out they are literally arguing in front of everyone!! He’s literally just standing there for who knows how long staring at everyone Place is a mess!! Very uncomfortable. Store #735

When to get a cafe refill the cashier told us that we cannot uesd our own cup that we had to used there cup only. not my personal cup. now there trying to tell me not to used my own cup I don't think so.
