Everytime I try to call and ask for a specific item, no one answers the phone. That is terrible customer service.

Well I always enjoy coming in, This 7 eleven. Everyone very nice. My favorite is Lisa just saying. I enjoy talking to her.

They won't give any cigarette discounts, because the owners don't like cigarettes. Even the standard 2 pack discounts and points aren't received. It's America I understand freedoms. But don't be a hypocrite don't sell them at all. Instead they just charge you more. Its like chick- Filla charging double to gay people. You know they don't like you. So it's twice the FU.

3:10pm June 8th. Stopped to get gas. Pump tells me to see cashier. Cashier picks up his phone to text as I approach the register. No hi or hello. Employee immediately says "I was texting my boss" as if a child making an excuse while getting caught red handed. Didn't really care as I'm not your supervisor dude. I just want to get gas. I do care that you told me that you would NOT help me with the pump. I needed gas. The pump told me to see you. You told me quote "I can't help you"... WTF ok fine. Don't expect me to visit your business again. Do expect me to report this to 7/11 corporate, and flame you on every review board possible. See what your franchise owner thinks of telling a customer you can't help them. Why couldn't you help me? Maybe because my skin was a different color from yours. Maybe because Im a veteran. Hard to know since you wouldn't say. I'll just assume discrimination.

The Digorno Supreme boxes were all tampered with and seemed to have chunks missing. The pepperoni seemed fine but the microwave didn't work well at all, took forever too. Probably better TY go to one where they'll prep the pizza for you.

John was helpful. I was late for work and he sliced a pizza he had just taken out of the oven it in a timely manner, all with a smile! He was very pleasant and was happy to make a customer happy!! Kudos to him!!

This is the 711 that I'm closest to... it's also the one that i buy my gas from and other basic needs.im there almost daily. There's a couple employees that seem to be unhappy all around in their lives, but let's not go there rrn... I voted this at 5 stars because I revcied excellent service from an employee the other night! I forgot his name even though i made sure rto ask him throuout my last visiit. I'll edit this post and find out next time I see him bur this is why he gets 5 stars... every time I see him he has a great attitude and he has very positive energy very kind and courteous, and he gave me info for my dog that really helped him this week! This guy knows the importance of customer service and I hope he gets promoted soon!

Always open, thank you. The coffee is amazing along with a variety of food and snacks and drinks. Each one has a different vibe. There selections are great. Really makes a difference when traveling.
