Since when is it cash only for scratchers?? Every other 7/11 scratchers can be bought with a card. 2 Arabic guys were working and as soon as we asked for scratches the one on the right tells the dude on the left something in Arabic and all of a sudden scratchers are cash only?? Did he think we weren't gonna buy it cuz we didn't have cash?? He wanted us to pay for our other stuff with a debit card and ask for cash back so we can buy the scratcher with cash. Why not just ring it up with our other stuff and have us pay with card??????

This 711 is the worst in el cajon the coffee area is always dirty and empty.No lids and the coffe burner holder for the cups.A lot a homeless out side dont go in there..and worst customer service..bunch of slackers..

Worked here for as long as I could, first they throw everything at you day one because they're too lazy to properly teach you memory induced habits. They scheduled me with another guy who had been there for less than a month alone at night, which isn't bad unless the managers watch you 24/7 on the cameras from their phones at home. They'll pay you $15 and ask you to bend over backwards, unfortunately not everyone is as zealous or stable in their life to they're they can afford to work at 7-11. I get proving myself to show I'm worth more than $15 but if I die tomorrow, the world wouldn't care and they'd pay the next mf $15hr, so I'm out. As for the actual store, meh, they keep moldy sandwiches and deny it's mold when it's clearly mold. If it expired on Thursday, they'd throw it out Friday morning. They expect you to not close the store and not take a lunch, they keep trying to talk to you when you're on your lunch, getting you to do more work. Not a bad store, but James (Jimmy) needs to ease up on the drinking, you can smell it on him.

I bought a cheese pizza from this 7-eleven and found a bug on it, I went to the store immediately and reported that to the manager, he said it’s not a bug and the employee was laughing, so I called the police and they said we can’t force them to pay your money back so they didn’t help me at all but this store and the manager customer and the employee was like trash and I will try to report that to the health and safety department.

Today in the afternoon around 4pm I went in to get 3 jalapeño cheese taquitos. It's not a self serve so the cashier got it for me and I received my receipt and on the receipt it said 3 jalapeños cheese taquitos. I left and bit into it, it tasted nothing like it but that the cashier gave me 3 chicken taquitos. I don't understand how this happened if what I said and what my receipt had on it were the same thing. How did you give me something completely different? I went back in and told the same person what happened. They didn't seem to understand or care at all. I wasn't offered any suggestions so I had to ask for a refund because they only had 1 jalapeño and cheese taquito left when originally there were 4. So someone after I left bought 3. I felt like I had to do more problem solving for him because he didn't know what to do. So I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. No apology, nothing. :/

Slurpees are free all month here, however if they run out of small cups than you have to pay. Slurpees are in high demand because the weather has been hot, humid and their free so double the bonus!! I also appreciate that this location has everything stocked and an employee moping. Also great customer service .

This store has the worst customer service and they rip people off they never have there drink section fully stocked with cups and if they do it's one size and its usually the big one so they can charge a little more there slurpee machine rarely works
