its 24/7 open but evrytime at 1:30am the store is close because the guy incharge is always cleaning outside- i would suggest to assign other cleaner and not close the store??

Went to get coffee before work. Showed up at 330 am and was told they don't open until 415 so I can't give an actually review since I didn't get anything. I thought all 7-11s were 24 hours but I guess not

Oh my god this 711 is by far the worst i have ever been in. The fat dude who works at the counter all the time is in fights with customers every single time I go there, OR he's talking on his cell phone and doesn't acknowledge his customers. The guy is a genuine jerk and I'd write more mean words about him but I want this review to stay up. I can't believe how impolite he is, or that he is LITERALLY fighting with people that come in. When I was there a few minutes ago, a customer was purchasing a gift card and the cashier didn't tell him that he couldn't fulfill the full amount he wanted until he'd already paid for it. He was incredibly rude and made a huge scene about it in front of a line of 6 people. Awkward.

Worst customer service ever! This big guy has NO respect for customers he was so unprofessional he was on his cell phone talking in Arabic. he had no concerns for anyone. He yelled at me when I asked for the manager. I told him his rudeness was not ok. He really needs to learn manners! I've never seen such disturbing disregard for customer service in my life ! It was my 1st and last time at that 7-Eleven.

I went in to 7/11 and bought beer one night and paid cash. I went in 2 days later and the cashier told me I owe him 10 dollars because he gave me too much change. I did not notice but normally if I notice I am given too much change I give it back. I told him to check the cameras because how do I know he was telling the truth? I went in again and bought sodas. He said don’t forget his ten dollars. I said prove it. He said he showed me the receipt, which he did but what does that prove? It could have been anyone’s receipt. He said next time he’s not letting me buy stuff there and threw my change at me. I see why they have 2 stars. The workers can’t do their job right. I probably won’t go back unless it’s to tell the manager.

Dear 7-Eleven Customer Service, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your stores. The staff's behavior was not up to the standard I usually associate with 7-Eleven. I understand everyone has off days, but the level of unprofessionalism I encountered was unacceptable. I felt overlooked and undervalued as a customer. I believe a company's reputation is strongly tied to its customer service, and this experience has unfortunately negatively affected my perception of your brand. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly so that no other customer has to experience such an unwelcoming interaction.

Horrible employees. Same middle eastern (I think) cashier guy always there looking super annoyed. I think he’s management but has horrible customer service. Makes me not want to go in there. One time he had me waiting 5 extra minutes for my pizza that he had already boxed up and just not handing it to me. Never says a word. Never asks if I want my receipt. Always on his phone or distracted talking. I avoid going here even though it’s the closest 7/11 to me.

8/19/23. Disgusting and terrible customer service. So it's around 1030pm Saturday. as I'm walking up, a slightly overweight male cashier is walking out of the store with another customer. He looks at me weird and says "I'm getting ready to take a smoke break". In other words "it's best to leave, so I can take a smoke break". So I turned around and went elsewhere. It'll be a long long time before I go back there. Hopefully the owner sees this post and talk to his employees. You gotta have better customer service skills than this. Even if you're going to take a break, at least let inform the customer and say, I'll get to you in just a few minutes.
