I was there yesterday and this older employee with dark hair was extremely rude to me. she like through the money back at me when I paid and then came back out in the parking lot and screamed? Don’t ever come back to the store. I don’t know why she was treating me like that, I have been part of the community and I’ve been going 7-Eleven for decades now I’m gonna go up the hill to the 7-Eleven on Amaya

Would give 0 stars if possible. Whoever manages this 7-11 needs to do a better job at hiring staff I was in one late night/early morning around 2 or 3 am and the cashier accused me of stealing I hadn't stolen anything and he had no interest in handling the matter calmly I walked out of the store after I paid and he proceeded to chase after myself and my girlfriend as I'm trying to close my drivers side door I see him running towards us finally and as I'm closing my door swiftly out of fear he kicks my door shut extremely hard and actually put a dent in my door and made me fracture my wrist since the door is closed I swiftly lock the doors as he won't stop come toward us after this my girlfriend then starts crying and having a panic attack while your employee is trying to punch out my drivers side window repeatedly and struck it maybe 5-6 times all while screaming profanity and threats at myself and my girlfriend. All of this was witnessed by another customer as well which is extremely unprofessional attacking and threatening your customers as well as causing property damage to my car as well as bodily harm from breaking my wrist this is completely unacceptable. Even if I were stealing his reaction is 1.unprofessional 2. Psychotic 3.illegal I've done my research and I believe I can make a case to sue and have been in close talks with lawyers who said I could get a nice check for this incident however I'm not that type of person to take advantage of someone for a free handout I work my ass off for a living all I want is a personal apology from the company and employee as well as the termination of this employee indefinitely and unable to work at any establishment owned or operated by 7 Eleven Inc. as a whole if my needs aren't met I will be calling my lawyer and taking this to court. I don't know this employees name but I can tell you one thing for sure and that's that he's a nuisance and cancer to your company that will continue to be a bad look for your company and brand as a whole with how he treats others and reacts to simple questions. A description of this man is as follows middle age man 20s-30s would be my guess 5'10 Caucasian male with black hair and black facial hair not in the best shape on the chubbier side I'd say and had a bit of a nerdy and loser in life mentality and vibe about him how he spoke to myself and my girlfriend and the other customer in the store was very rude and disrespectful. I expect something from a higher up within the next 2 weeks or I will be taking legal action take your business ELSEWHERE!!!

Anthony the graveyard clerk is always courteous and this 711 is the cleanest store with the freshest coffee thanks.

The employee told me he would be back in about 10 min on his break I literally waited 25 min he was getting paid to not be there was only supposed to be 10min

The full pizzas are pretty darn good. They don't have hot sauce packets, but we had some at home, aka the room for now. So, for those of you near the trolly in El Cajon, this 7-11 also has beer. Check out the window decals for discounts. See the pics.

Clean and we'll stocked. 7-11 on Main St near Denny's is the best cleanest store. The women that work there are no.d and hard working but the younger male is kinda rude. all flavors of slurpies are frozen & working well.

Went to this store today at 7:20 PM to buy mega tickets and was told the cutoff time had passed so they couldn't sell me any tickets. Wentto another 7-11 and no problem buying them. Total BS!

Been going here for about a year or so. Never had any problems until today. I expect to walk into a store and be treated with respect, especially by employees. Leave political opinions to outside the job. You don't want to wear a mask inside the store? Fine. That's your decision. Don't make some snide comment as a customer leaves the store because they are wearing a mask. Unprofessional and uncalled for.

I met a young man in there and he was so helpful great customer service skills excellent patient and I was a difficult person laugh out loud but he had patience out of this world I think him so much I believe his name was Kenneth or Kenny but is was at 1253 West Main Street tonight at 9:30 p.m. underestimated and I want to say thank you again because I have four strokes and no longer able to use my hands and my speech changed but he was awesome impatient and I think him for that keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing you in 7-Eleven again?

This 7/11 is my go to place Ms. Rosie is the best. After crying a couple of times about not having blueberry coffee when I come in. Guess what it's there all the time. It's clean and well stocked. I appreciate this 7/11

Staff will NOT wear masks even though they are required. They have a sign on the door "No mask, no service." I've even been cussed out by a staff member. Calls to corporate yield nothing. Very disappointed. It used to be my go-to stop.
