EFCU decides to implement a site wide new online banking system. I am locked out of my account and unable to get ahold of them because they don't answer their phones...its been two days. What business does that? Update: Cristina reached out very quickly and solved my issues...it was greatly appreciated

I would love to discuss this with you as your concerns are our concerns and we would like to do everything we can to help with this matter. If you would like please contact me at our branch number , ext 240. I look forward to speaking with you. I've exhausted every attempt possible to resolve my problem even spoke to A Female that identified herself as "Lucy" which turned out to be useless. I've taken my business elsewhere and that's what I recommend to everyone else. I see no point in contacting this bank for any further discussion.

I recently moved here to the av and was told to check out Edward's for my financial needs. I was greeted right away by Stephanie. She was so sweet and understanding of my situation. She was very professional and addressed all my questions about the credit union and my account. I really had a great experience working with her. I haven't really worked with anyone else but i am very happy with the service so far thanks to her.

I have been a member of he Edwards FCU for many years. I recenly paid off an auo-loan financed through them and was thoroughly satisfied wih their service throughout the process. When the loan was paid off, they followed up by sending me the cleared title to the vehicle. This was my second auto loan with Edwards FCU and I would certainly use their services for future loans.

Very useful, never an issue, staff is always friendly and very helpful. Not only is it more convenient especially since I'm on base majority of the week but they helped me and my family buy our home when I didn't think it was possible. Thanks EFCU!

An update following my last review: They've been open during this pandemic, but their response times are atrocious outside of the quick response they issue through their messaging system. I would not have to contact them or go in should they have issued me another Visa debit card as was promised in February! I am also charged a $6 monthly fee (nominal) even though my account activity is positive and I was never charged this fee while actively using their issued Visa debit card. If you have anything negative on your credit, please avoid applying for credit products. Their rates are great, but you will certainly experience one heck of a time in the application process. Overall, I appreciate the years I've spent with this bank and the kindness of the managers and tellers (they're great people), but I do intend to switch back to a major bank in the next few months. I am disappointed in having to do so only because of the customer service I've experienced.

EFCU has great rates, but is lacking in technology. Their credit card bill pay has been difficult to navigate in the app and was virtually inaccessible during their change in cards. Getting help was completely impossible. I was routed through 3rd parties who would route me back to the bank. When I went into the bank for help, the same problem occurred. During the changeover credit card access was denied even though I had filled out a notification that I would be out of the country. There are many such mishaps and not the 24 hour service to help resolve a problem.

I have been a member of Edwards FCU for 30+ years. My experience with them has been awesome throughout the years. I have multiple accounts, have had multiple loans, and several family members are members there, too. Great place to bank!

I have had multiple experiences with the loan department at Edwards Federal Credit Union. I have had a car loan, 2 home loans, and 2 HELOCS through them. Besides the amazing rates and plans they offer, I can say without a doubt, the professionalism and more importantly their willingness to help the borrower make things as stress free as possible is second to none! I have done a lot of loans in my life and I do know what I'm talking about, especially with Banks. Melvina and Margie go the extra mile. Their aren't any hidden fees at all. What they tell you up front almost exactly matches the final paperwork you sign. That doesn't happen often. I couldn't be more pleased and will continue to do my loans through EFCU. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had the best experience with our recent Car purchase and Melvina in the Lancaster branch was over the top with her customer service. She helped us with our Financing needs plus more. Answered all our questions, took the time to explain the process and made our transaction very seamless. I love my credit union. I have been a member since 1997. Recently I have had to refinance a new to me used car and hubby had to do some debt consolidation and Melvina Boyce was so helpful and patient with us having to do every thing with no contact worked out amazing and when my husband needed to go sign some thing they set up an appointment and he literally walked in and signed and walked out. We love both branches but use the one on base for our convenience and all the folks there are always professional, polite and helpful! Thank you again!

Great customer service from Angelica Hernandez. She answered numerous questions about the process for selling my car with the loan still outstanding. She was very patient and friendly through phone communication and was able to explain things clearly on email. Angelica made an otherwise stressful situation very easy to manage. She even fielded questions from my buyer and offered to talk to her bank. I will definitely use Edwards FCU again for my next auto loan (and they always have the best rates).

You feel like everybody's work is to help you like a friend! My DL was expired and I wanted to refi my auto. Due to the Covid, I couldn't find a spot for an appointment with the DMV. Angelica, from Edwards, made it happen: she helped me through the process until she got me a way to go to the DMV and get my renewal. Using her code, I stayed in the DMV ONLY 10 MINUTES! So the same day they helped me with my refinancing, and they did it in less than 15 minutes, always with a smile (eve behind the mask you can see it), explained to me every single question I had, and got my paperwork with 1.99% rate (as opposed to the 6.9% I had) in less time than I could I have ever imagined. Business with them is being among friends. Thank you Melvina, Nicole and Josefina!

I just recently got an auto loan through Edwards Federal credit union and worked with their loan officer Tracy. Due to my auto loan being a buyout after a lease I only had a short period of time till my payoff quote expired and would have needed to request a new quote. Tracy's service was very prompt and organized from start to finish, even with the COVID-19 restrictions in place she was able to get my loan approved and continued to follow up with me through phone or email till the end of the process, even letting me know that the company received my payoff check by tracking FedEx. I would definitely consider another loan with Edwards Federal Credit Union, thank you again Tracy!

I recently was looking to refinance my new car and Melvina called me less then 30 minutes after I submitted my application and let me know any other information she needs to process the loan. Once I got the information to her it was only a matter of days before everything was completed and I was signing loan documents. I am super thankful for her help and speediness in the process.
