Just went to Vons. Not sure if she is a manager or not but Marylan never said hi just grumpy faced. Very rude.. At least the young kid Joshua was sweet and helped me out to the car

I truly hate to leave negative review, but for the last two trips I came to this Vons. The service I received just unbearable. The attitudes from the workers are rude and impatient. Roll their eyes when you ask for help, not even decent respect for other. Terrible terrible service. No deal is worth the trip to be treated like this!!!!! Goodbye forever Vons!

To all fellow Eastvale residence, business patrons and Tesla supercharger customers. My hat goes off to a young lady by the name of "Marilyn" that is employed at Vons!I often frequent her place of employment to shop or grab a Starbucks latte while charging. She is the consummate professional and goes out of her way to assist with my needs. Whether it's use of the restroom, a drink, or selecting the appropriate feminine products for my girlfriend. In todays society we are seeing a lack of civility and professionalism when engaging our fellow Americans. It appears everyone is too busy to extend a nicety or do their job to the best of their ability; therefore it's welcoming and a wonderful feeling to be treated with kindness and served with pride when entering the Eastvale Vons. As a business major and one who has worked in management, I am thankful to those above Marilyn for fostering an organizational culture that shows in her workplace demeanor and clearly trickles down to her subordinates as each member I have encountered shares a similar attitude. Fellow consumers, please be mindful that the service industry is not an easy sector. I'm sure these gals and guys often encounter an unruly customer and are forced to remain true to the teachings of their parents as well as the corporate culture of Vons. Not an easy task when one considers all that life throws at us on a daily basis. Yet, these employees do it. I say this to Marilyn and her subordinates: "You truly make my experience as a consumer pleasant. Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much. Please don't allow anyone or anything to deter you from maintaining your positive attitude and great work ethic."I implore my fellow customers to keep this in mind when shopping at Eastvale Vons and give these employees their proper due via a smile; a thank you; or tip if possible. How is it that I receive and online confirmation that my chicken order is ready on Thanksgiving AM only to arrive at the store and they have no record of it. I ordered online to avoid lines and delays like we've experienced with Boston Market. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how we feel as we stand here waiting for them to fry 5 chickens. I will say the supervisor/manager was kind and responsive the best way he can under these circumstances. I appreciate the understanding Daniel showed. Feels like he was also caught off guard so this is no reflection of him. As a business you need stronger guardrails in place to ensure these things don't happen. Not feeling very thankful at Vons on this Thanksgiving.

**Bakery** - I'm a cake snob. The only cake I like is a homemade cake. Being a busy parent I ordered my daughters birthday cake from Vons. It was such a good cake! It was half chocolate / half yellow cake with fudge filling. It was amazing! They did a great job with decorating and the ladies working were beyond nice. Side note: They do book up for the weekends. So I highly suggest placing an order on Monday / Tuesday for the weekend

Vons bakery: I am trying to understand why the bakers started working on my pre ordered cake at the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited 1 hour for them to finish my cake that should have been ready at 9am when I requested. Multiple people came out and kept telling me "She's almost done, 15 more minutes", when the cake should have been ready at the time I requested for pick up. Because of the delay, I was 30 minutes late to the celebration that the cake was requested for. At 945 I finally watched another baker jump in and help the other to finish the cake. The writing on it was very sloppy and very clearly done in 5 minutes. Next time if you do not feel that you would finish a cake on time, tell us to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing and very poorly ran. Think twice before you order a cake from vons bakery.

Stellar customer service! Store is friendly and clean. STAFF helped empty my cart. Produce section is always stocked with beautiful organic fruits and vege's. SHOUT OUT to Amber, Ashley, Adriane, Manuel, Andrea, Sierra, and Shawn. YOU are the best!

It has nothing to do with Covid. There's enough food on the shelves. Why are employees who work for this company so rude. Management and supervisors are the first ones to not even wanna look at you in the face to greet you or even to smile. Your attitude is the beginning and the end of your coworkers/employees day. A smile goes a long way.

This Vons location has the friendliest employees. I'm impressed by their quality customer service and willingness to help. They also added two more self checkout kiosks to speed up the checkout process. The store is well stocked and organized.

Thank you Adrian, Asst.Manager for helping me with my gift card issue! I really appeciate you taking the time to make things right and going above and beyond with your excellent service. I also want to give a shout out to Tina, the Bakery Manager for helping me with a large holiday cookie order, she too went above and beyond to help me with my order this past December. Vons is my only grocery store and I love the thoughtful displays you have and forward thinking merchandising you provide in addition to great service!

Unbelievable. Turning away customers before closing time. Today it was turning customers away one hour prior to close. When asked for the reasoning I was told because the manager made them leave exactly at closing. Either they don't want to pay for labor, or they want to go home early. Doesn't seem right or honest from either point of view. In my UFCW retail days, we served customers until the last minute, and if need be went home late. That's the business customer service. Fix it.
