I have been coming to this pharmacy for a little over 3 years. The pharmacy staff here are extremely personable and helpful. They truly want what is best for customers. I have seen them show tenacity and resilience in the worst possible situations. During the pandemic, they did a great job at making weary customers more trusting of the life-saving vaccine. They’re just a great team, and this review is long overdue. Special shout-out to Marlene (sorry if it’s misspelled) for always being able to multi-task like a superhero!

Being using Vons for my prescription refills for 17 yrs. They have been so helpful and wonderful over the years. They will fill out the authorization forms for your insurance to help with your non formulary or high cost medication. I hope you have a wonderful experience also

Freddy ( hope I spelled his name right) was extremely friendly and helpful helping me carry a heavy cart of things for a BBQ. I happen to be a Recruiter in HR and this gentlemen exudes professionalism, has great customer service, and goes above and beyond with a smile. Vons-treat him well and promote him or else I'll recruit him next time I shop!

I used to love this vons til today Covid update: 12/28/20 They allowed these people in walking around the store without a mask. Very disappointed in this vons location!

Check your receipts. You get overcharged here all the time. The cashiers don't care, the management neither. Watch your spending, this store plays a lot of tricks.

After asking for help in the floral department 3 times and hearing someone call for help over the intercom 4 times Brooklyn finally showed up. So at this point I'm down 30 mins. No big deal. I ask if she could wrap a couple dozen roses together for me. She told me should could but for an extra 40%. WOW..... I just wrapped them my self. I'm sure my gf won't mind that I tried my best for our anniversary. Everyone at this store needs a pep talk or an attitude adjustment. No need to be rude to the customers.

Rude Rude Rude and don't bother using the handicap carts because they don't charge them an that tells me they don't care about the customer. I'm glad I don't have to shop there anymore
