Go see Lily!!! She was great!!! Very friendly, very detailed. Great service, positive attitude and great communication. She was really looking out for my best interest as a Verizon customer.. most importantly did it all with a smile. Thanks Lily!!

I have been to this verizon two times and both times led to me have to call customer support to undo what this store has done. I would recommend going to another verizon and staying away from this store.

Warning this store's customer service is horrible. The workers only want to do an upgrade. Anything other than that, it's just a repeat of call customer service. I highly recommend going to another store like I did.

Walked into this location today to be met by half a dozen young women leaning on a display like they were ready to pounce. First red flag. When asked who was up next one gal said anyone. No one seemed really interested when we explained we had a few questions. It was downhill from there. Rude, indecisive, unknowing, need I say more. Walked out without any resolution. Walked into another location to be met professionally and walked out completely in the know and satisfied.

Today, my parents and I came to this store to ask about changing the plan and international roaming service. After waiting for a while, a lady with curly black hair served us. Her name was Seanna, and her attitude was very bad. Maybe our English is not very good. Then she served another American guy and became warm and smiling, that made us angry. We've had seven lines in Verizon for many years. Don't you need training to get a shop assistant on the job? I hope you will be better.

Horrible store experience. Staffs was not very knowledgable. Went in to upgrade 4 phones and they would help with the content transfers between the phones. Everything went well and until they gave me a summary of order and new monthly plan cost They added the device protection plans for $60 a month. I told them i did want it the plan but was told that it was mandatory for the free phone upgrade. It should be highly recommended and is not mandatory. So i left the store without doing the upgrade.Got home and went online and was able to order the upgrade for 1 line just to test it out without having to buy the device protection plan. Did the order for store pickup. After i picked up the phone, i asked about the content tranfer and the lady told me they can do it for me. So i waited and after 1.5 hr, it was my turn. The rep took me over to the table and told me that it would cost me $30. Why did it cost nothing earlier when i tried doing the 4 phone upgrades? If it was going to cost $30, then they should have told me up front so i didnt have to wait 1.5hrs. I spent a total of 3hrs at the store for nothing.I would recommend people to just do your upgrade online and save the headache from this store location.

Just moved to the area and wanted to check options for service. Even though our area is not serviceable, Lily was soo helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in offering all options for phone and internet services! Such a wonderful community!

ABSOLUTELY 1 of the most horrific customer experiences ever. Starts with Verizon Specialist at the store level not understanding current promotions and qualifications. They'll do anything to get a line activated and a phone sold. When it comes time to support through the customer care good luck. Supervisor Manager? Yea right; finally get 1 on the phone then placed on infinite hold for 2+ hours. Call back wait and be persistent for another 2 hours to get another supervisor on the phone. The store Manager of this location did everything he could to try to salvage the concern but he had extreme limitations of what he could do to fix the situation. Over 10 hours spent between the store and phone support and the issue is still NOT resolved!TYPICAL RESPONSE FROM VERIZON BELOW...WE'RE SORRY BUT STILL CAN NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION OR RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!

This is the worst Verizon I have ever been to. The people working are very lazy and don't want to help customers. The manager said they didn't have any Sim cards in stock so I had to buy one from best buy which I did and thay still wasn't the problem. They always just try to push me to calling the insurance and reposting a claim. Horrible store need to do better!

I came into the store with a technical question and the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful, he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. I think you should have more knowledgeable staff on hand. Very helpful ?

This place sucks honestly they need to get their customer service people trained kept getting diverted to the machine in the corner to make a payment and it didn't work keep sending me back there over and over 5 * wasted 30 minutes of my time never was able to make my payment don't waste your time they don't have any respect for the customers in this they do not care about you they don't care place they don't care
