After reading most recent reviews, I now feel validated after my visit today. The lady who was at the register around 10:30 am has the worst attitude and was not polite at all. I was dropping off some Amazon returns and I brought my own boxes for each item now I didn’t know I had to tape them myself since it was my first Amazon return. She made it very clear and rudely to me that it was going to charge me extra to tape the boxes. I had no problem with that but it almost seemed like a burden to her. Sorry I had to make you do your job ! ??

Awful. The employee stated that they don’t honor any of the discounts advertised on the website at UPS store because the owner told them that they don’t want to “lose” money. I paid because they had a ton of people and they were getting upset at how slow the process was going. I also overpaid because I didn’t want to go anywhere else at that point. They’re never opened for their advertised hours either. After multiple chances and failing, I will not only never visit the Eastvale location again, I will never visit a UPS store again.

Zero stars. Website AND front door state hours open on Sunday are until 4 pm. Arrived 1:30pm on Sunday and they’re closed. No note on door. Nothing. To indicate an emergency closed the store. This is horrible communication and customer service!

The person working today, 7/24/24 @ 2:00 pm, was very rude and denied scanning my package. I was returning. She stated that I need it a box when, specifically, nothing about a box is mentioned on my return details.
I showed her my phone with details, and she said NO I CAN NOT TAKE THAT YOU NEED A BOX !! After I try, she ignores me and keeps helping other guests.
I went to the next UPS location, and the working didn't even ask me or have a problem.
It is sad how big companies like UPS let work people work for them on such important business for each city.

I brought 3 packages. One was UPS and two were USPS. For USPS, the lady charged me $4 for just dropping off the packages. She said it is a store policy. No UPS charged me before.
Afterward, I talked to the store manager. She said it is a store policy that they will charge $2 each for droppig off USPS packages. No UPS stores chargrd me extra for dropping off and another day at this store, I was't charged. So I confused. I felt bad to the counter lady I claimed about it too.
The manager said this is a local UPS, and they can make any policy. But at least they should put a sign that how much extra cost for dropping off USPS I think. A kindness of business. So no one will confused and try to claim the front lady like me.
Update:
After I sent my package here, I got message from UPS few days later. It says "All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded." Really!? What a coincidence. Well, I won't come back. I attached UPS mail so, people can see it.
Oh, also I forgot tell you. There was an elderly Asian guy who couldn't speak English well. They were not helping him instead talking roudy and annoyed. So I helped him with google translator. He needed a tape for a box. Then, they charged him over $15 for a tape. There were no price tags on any merchandise in this shop. In USPS, one tape roll is $3.99.
That is the "policy" in this shop. I was talking the store manager and she tried to shut my mouth and yalled over the phone. I guess because I am an immigrant and cannot speak well. Wrong customer service.

After looking at the reviews I understand why this location has such low stars. I totally agree. Lady whom serviced me was not so friendly at all. She seemed like she didn’t even want to work. Her attitude was not polite and customer service quality was way below standards. I am not really sure why these kind of people gets hired or accommodate with this kind of business. I am not even sure why UPS gives franchise operation to these people to operate.

This location is horrible. Why is it posted that you guys are open on Sunday & have an employee inside but door are locked at 1:44 pm. Makes absolutely no sense what so ever.

Hours on Google maps and the store state they are open 11AM - 4PM on Sundays but they were closed.
